Excellent
Excellent! The location is very good! I was walking to the Medina! Of course it's a good walk! But it's all very safe and organized! To the train station you can go walking without difficulty! Near the hotel there are several restaurants options! Everything very comfortable! I recommend!

Horror of a hotel
Stayed here in November 2014 and it was honestly the best hotel experience i’d ever had, spacious rooms, cleanliness everywhere, great breakfast so fast forward to July 2026 i’m married and the wife wants to go to Marrakech I’m thinking why not return for a bit of nostalgia and how much could change surely???
Then the nightmare begins…
The hotel has stayed in 2014 if not worsened. Absolutely nothing has changed, no new furniture, no upgrades, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. The hotel is absolutely filthy and old and the road it is one has become worse, drug abusers and drunkards stopping you on the street constantly, rubbish absolutely EVERYWHERE. Dishonourable mention to the TWO fresh fish restaurants right next to the hotel so as you leave or enter the hotel or even go on the balcony (if you’re ‘lucky enough’ to get one) you’re welcomes by the absolute horror stench constantly.
Now the room, LMAO
Fella at the desk tells me and wife we’re lucky to get this room as it’s a suite.
We get in to the room and as expected it’s still in 2014 more like 80s or 90s but i don’t want to exaggerate. Nothing has changed absolutely no upgrades, all the furniture old, a 20 inch TV, bathroom was absolutely disgusting and mouldy, wooden floor in the room chipped and cracked and worst of all AC wasn’t working in this 40 DEGREE HEAT! Went down that night and asked the fella at the desk the AC isn’t working, he apologised and said someone would come the next day, nobody came. At this point me and wife were seriously about to cancel the booking and find a 5 star but after trying one more time this time asking a lady at the desk, the engineer came and sure enough after 1/2 hours the AC was working!
Then breakfast, i could’ve sworn the selection was twice more in 2014! Absolutely naff selection everything looked old and dry and tasting half the pastries and breaded items, THEY WERE DRY!
The rooftop pool again, (i know i’m sounded like a broken record but it is the truth) chairs were the same, disgusting and probably never ever cleaned, towels rugged and worn, pool decking cracked, rotted and worn, pool water was disgusting and felt disgusting.
All in all a horror show of a stay, a mistake in letting nostalgia decide my options. Never again.
This hotel doesn’t deserve 3 stars at all at maximum a 1 star.
I cannot fault the service, but the hotel has stayed in the 2000s and SERIOUS renovations need to be done.
If you’re staying in Marrakech, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE book at a MINIMUM a 4 star hotel or your experience will be a rotten one.

This is an absolutely harrowing experience, especially with a child involved. It

I am writing this with a shaking hand and tears in my eyes. What my 6-year-old son and I experienced at this hotel was not just "bad service", it was a **vicious, discriminatory, and terrifying assault** on our safety and well-being.
After a grueling 5-hour journey from Agadir, we arrived exhausted, seeking nothing more than a bed. Instead, we were met by a monster at the front desk. A young woman (roughly 18–24) who has no business in hospitality, peolly has anger issues unleashed a level of unhinged rage I have never witnessed in my life so much that we were scared for our lives as my son was shivering as this woman melted out abuses at the top of her voice to me. When I asked to settle my tired child in the room while we verified if taxes were already included in my booking, she didn't just disagree, she **exploded**.
### **A Child Traumatized**
For 30 agonizing minutes, this woman screamed at us at the top of her lungs. My son began to panic, visibly shaking as she rained down abuse. She wasn't just unprofessional; she was a **racist bigot**, shouting that we were in Morocco and "not from wherever I came from." She lunged toward me, nearly coming over the desk to physically strike me. We were genuinely **scared for our lives.**
### **Management Gaslighting**
When I finally got the manager on the phone, the nightmare worsened. Without asking for my side, he immediately began screaming at me, threatening to call the police, and telling me to take my money from the booking site and get out. He chose to protect a violent, abusive employee over a father and a terrified child.
### **The Heartbreak**
The trauma didn't end there. When our room key failed, I had to leave my son for a moment to get help. Because he was so terrified that the police were coming to take his father away, he wandered off to find me. **The sheer panic of losing my child in that hostile environment is a pain I cannot describe.** I found him shaking, confused, and crying.
### **The Reality of This "Hotel":**
* **Safety:** Zero. You are at the mercy of aggressive, unstable staff.
* **Service:** Beyond cruel. They refused to hold our luggage for even an hour after check-out, despite doing it for other guests.
* **Facilities:** The rooms are dark and depressing; the breakfast is a joke with almost no options.
**To any parent considering this hotel: I beg you, stay away.** This establishment is a den of hostility and discrimination. No "good room" is worth the sight of your child shaking in fear because of the people meant to welcome you.
**This is the worst hotel in history. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me.**

The Reception staff were rude and unkind. Our room had a heating not working, telephone and TV not functioning.
Reception staff are rude and unhelpful. Heating in room not working, neither is telephone. Breakfast not many choices.

Friendly, breakfast at the top
Hotel in a changing neighborhood. Close to the historic center and modernity. But also a neighborhood a little in its juice...
The hotel is aging but everything is there, and for the price we know we are not in a 4 star. Ultra comfort beds [this is what you would expect from a hotel], amazing rooftop view, yoga class, and mention show at breakfast which is 4 stars! The breakfast staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful [service from 6.30am, and that is convenient], at the reception ordering a taxi is simple to go to the airport.
The hotel is aging but everything is there, and for the price we know we are not in a 4 star.
