Amazing Riad! Would highly recommend
Absolutely brilliant Riad - ran by excellent staff! Mohammed was excellent and met us in the main street from our taxi. He showed us to the riad and welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea and pastries while we checked in. He showed us the local area via map and gave recommendations of where to go and what to see! He was brilliant. The other staff were also excellent - we didnt have as much to do with them, but everyone we encountered were great. The room was fab, on the ground floor, some reviews said this room was quite loud as people need to pass by it to get to the other rooms, but honestly it was no louder than any other hotel, And you have the pool right outside your door! The riad was also full when we stayed and we rarely saw life, other than the staff checking we were okay as we went out/came in. Bliss. The room itself (we had Djamel) was spacious and included everything in it we needed. The bed was large and comfy, plenty space to unpack and the bathroom was also a great size. The blackout shutters were fab for a good night sleep. My only criticism (and it didnt spoil our trip is there is a bath in the bathroom with an over bath shower, however there is no holder for the shower head, so you have to hold the shower, no biggie for us, but it was slightly annoying (Mohammed and co, get a little bracket in the wall!!) toiletries were supplied too which was a nice touch. We unfortunately didnt eat at the riad, breakfast wasnt included and we arent really morning eaters however people always said how good breakfast was. There is also a rooftop terrace which is a little suntrap and great for a little chill in the late afternoons after a day exploring. Another great thing was the option to do your laundry at the riad for a rediculously cheap price! I always launder on holiday (gotta love bringing clean clothes home and saving the washing when home) Mohammed told us to leave our washing in the morning, and by afternoon it was back with us - they washed it all for us and folded it neatly. It was €3 a load which is great! Another top tip, the riad sorted our taxi from the airport (and it was actually slightly cheaper than uber… and was a much more comfortable car!) so i’d also recommend getting the riad to arrange your taxis. The driver was waiting for us outside the airport with a board with the riads name on it. Very easy and efficient. I’d highly recommend staying here and would stay again without hesitation! Thanks again Mohammed, Riad Des Etoiles and the rest of the staff we encountered!

A riad well located quiet and a team at the Top
This riad is very nice. As soon as you walk through the door, you enter another world: calm and authenticity. The rooms are clean, and each space exudes Moroccan charm.
Mohammed's welcome is warm and kind, the service is impeccable — attentive without being invasive. We feel immediately privileged.
And Laïla’s cooking... a real favorite: tasting of tagines including beef and prunes (a real treat for the taste buds).
Abdou provides evening service and breakfast, always at the top to worry if everything is OK for us....
A competent and warm team...thanks to them 3...
Perfectly located to explore the medina, while offering a cocoon of serenity as soon as you return.
Clearly one of the addresses in Marrakech to keep to return.
To be absolutely tested.

Beautiful Riad- calm and tranquil
Amazing riad - placed just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but close enough that it was accessible. Mohamed and Abdul were most accommodating, friendly and kind. The attention to detail and their level of customer service far exceeded my expectations. All areas clean and tidy, lovely traditional decor. The pool was a welcome relief during the hours when the sun was at its hottest. Breakfast served on the rooftop was a dream - plentiful and good quality.
They arranged the airport transfers and met us to guide us to the Riad. Took the hassle out of taxi and the security of knowing where you are going is good for the first time in the country.

A perfect Welcoming to start our journey well!
We spent our first two nights in Morocco in this riad and we were delighted. Despite our very late arrival at night, the staff welcomed us with great kindness. Breakfast on the terrace, for only 4 €, was excellent! A big thank you to Mohammed who helped us a lot and gave valuable advice for our road trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the pool was a real plus with the warmth of Marrakech. We recommend without hesitation!

Excellent start to first hols in Morocco
Very warm hosts in Riad about 15 minutes from the main square. Helpful with getting newbies to the city from inside Medina to booked taxis. Spacious room with decent bathroom. Delicious homemade yoghurt at breakfast. Staff good at explaining the sights and sounds of this chaotic, but exciting city. Good value at about 100 Euros a night in April. Staff spoke good English and French.
