Great place
This place is great, beautiful and clean, is also in a very nice location, in the middle of the old town. It has also a nice terrace. The breakfast is include. The hosts Hansa and Yassin could not be better hosts, we would come back without doubting.

Of terror
IT'S A SCAM.
They have taken us with lies to another Riyadh saying that the hired and already paid had water problems, to one that was afraid, without toilet, dirty wherever you look. To be able to recover the other after stealing 2 nights, the rotten towels, have broken in our hands without more, nauseating smell, and not to mention women alone, because even as a couple there are situations that better not have lived them.
They have taken us with lies to another Riyadh saying that the hired and already paid had water problems, to one that was afraid, without toilet, dirty wherever you look. To be able to recover the other after stealing 2 nights, the rotten towels, have broken in our hands without more, nauseating smell, and not to mention women alone, because even as a couple there are situations that better not have lived them.

Disappointing
My opinion is terrible in the four days of stay we have not made the room any day or the bed with the same towels. The four days the last night the RAC staff disappeared and I had to go downstairs to open to other guests because they kept banging on the door in the room. There's not even a closet to leave a garment. The room is pretty dirty the only thing that is saved is one of the workers who is usually at night, but the day he leaves Charger to others and they leave and guests cannot enter the Rad. If you want an experience where you can't sleep any night because of the amount of noises there is this is your real breakfast is basic repetitive and coffee cafeme best bot not to drink them.

Not a safe place
Be very careful. I was there with a female friend and one of the guy who works there, Chikh, repeatedly harrassed her, also trying to kiss her against her will. Moreover, when we were to pay the last night he wanted to convert MAD-Euros with an 11/1 proportion, while it was actually 10/1 (this was not stated in advanced). Pricewise, something else was quite unfair. While we originally booked for two nights, we reached out asking if it was possible to change and have only one night. They said it was completely fine but then we arrived there and they obliged us to pay the price for two nights nonetheless. In the end, we had to find a compromise and stay there for two nights only to avoid paying an extra night for nothing. The other guy who works there, Mohammed, was nice and overall the hostel is a good accommodation. But if you are a girl I would definitely stay away from it. The owner doesn't seem to care much about what is going on there, he is living far away in London.

Basic, pretty friendly but close to medina sites
Good points-
Colourful Riad with location close to medina, 10 min walk to attractions like secret garden, madras Ben Youssef and museums.
Riad was basic but clean, and attendant was friendly, good orientation talk of attractions on arrival.
Breakfast was ok and inc a mix of items inc carbs, protein and bit of fruit.
Airport pickup was as planned with driver waiting outside airport at arrivals, and inc attendant meeting the car on rd to help with luggage and show me to the Riad , for 15 EUR so fair for the convenience on arrival in new country and as Riad can be hard to find first time.
Downside for me was that as a Riad ‘hostel’, I thought they could have been more helpful with my onward travel not booked with them. I felt a bit like they were only interested in promoting their own more travel services. As an example, I was disappointed Riad couldn’t be more helpful with helping me book my onward public transport online (coach or train) as I had issues with website to book myself. I have used many other hostels around world that will book train tickets for you at a small fee. In end, I did manage to book myself. For reference, they had offered me a private transfer to Casablanca (180 EUR) but I got first class train ticket for less than 22 EUR.
Also the attendant couldn’t really advise me about a typical taxi cost to Marrakesh train station which was about 15 mins away, but said they could offer me their private taxi there for 15 EUR again, in the end I got a taxi on street outside and paid 50MAD which is about 5 eur.
