Pleasant stay, everything was perfect
Everything is done to ensure a pleasant time there.
The hosts, Marie-France and Patrick, are kind and helpful. They were very attentive. The staff provided is top-notch, whether it is the daytime ladies or the chef and server in the evening.
The villa is spacious, well-furnished, and we marvel at the details of the decoration every day. There is even a library with books in French.
The petanque court, the dart game, the 2 swings, and of course the pool allowed for an entertaining stay.
Once we arrived at the villa, we no longer wanted to go out.
Everything is done to make you feel good there.
I would return and highly recommend it.

A dream stay, a warm welcome, we return with our eyes closed.
We had an absolutely unforgettable stay in this magnificent villa, in the company of several couples of friends and children. From the moment we arrived, Marie-France and Patrick welcomed us with warmth and attention that set the tone for the entire stay: hosts who are attentive, always available, and listening, who truly make a difference.
The villa is breathtaking. The immense pool is the highlight of an exceptional setting, perfect for enjoying with others in an atmosphere that is both festive and relaxing. Every corner of the property exudes good taste and comfort.
The cook and the entire staff made available to us were simply perfect. The meals were delicious, the service impeccable, and everything was thought out so that we did not have to worry about anything. A rare luxury that is all the more appreciated in a group.
This stay exceeded all our expectations. We will return, that is certain!

We spent four wonderful days, accompanied by our friends. Thanks to Marie France and patric for all their good advice and availability

Superb stay!
Superb stay at villa Chems! Patrick and Marie-France give you a warm and attentive welcome, they give you lots of good advice and addresses around Marrakech. Do not hesitate to contact them via their upstream website to inquire and reassure. The villa is splendid, with beautiful private rooms (the photos are compliant and speak for themselves). The breakfast, full of fresh and homemade products, is simply royal. Possibility to eat on site with excellent local meals (recommend option). Plan transport to the Medina (taxi or other, very common in Morocco), in return for a quiet place, ultra appreciable after a day in the very dynamic Marrakech. We recommend!
