The surroundings of the hotel are nice, access to the beach is easy, the pool and relaxation rooms are accessible

Mediocre. Horrible....
We stayed as a family with a baby in a so-called suite at a very high price.
No compassion for our baby.
Unacceptable......
What a shame this hotel is.
For breakfast, we waited for hours.
The breakfast is a disaster; I prefer not to elaborate on it.
Management, etc., is non-existent.
Obsolescence is present in the suite.
Questionable hygiene.

Indeed, there is dirt, with bird droppings everywhere.
What a shame this hotel is not worthy of the Kingdom of Morocco.
This hotel is supposedly 4 stars, but really, how can this be allowed?

Hotel to avoid, I recommend it to no one.
When you make a complaint, you get the impression that nobody cares when you ask for the manager, a manager who has an answer for everything and who does not admit their fault.
They offer us a menu with cocktails, but in the end, not a drop of alcohol in the hotel.
Staff needs to be reviewed, no smiles; they must not have received the bonus for smiling.
Cleanliness needs to be reviewed: blood on the mattress, outlets that come apart on their own, we look under the bed, empty bottles thrown underneath, a terrace filled with pigeon droppings, an air conditioner that makes noise, we feel like we are on a boat.
Horrible breakfast and they kick us out at 10:01 AM, shameful; they must have found their four stars, I don't know where, it only deserves one star.
The lounge chairs are infested with ants and are dirty and old.
The worst experience for me and my children at this hotel.
This is what you call a tourist trap, they only care about our money.
We made a complaint, it has been 24 hours and still no response; they tell us the manager is not there, as if by chance.
Truly a disgrace to Morocco.
Avoid at all costs, I really do not recommend this hotel at all.

Bad experience.
The worst part remains the attitude of the staff: the hostess sent a security guard to the pool to ask us to leave.
Lack of consideration for the guests.
The only positive side is the location; the breakfast is very light and does not warrant a 4-star rating.
