Cosy place for relaxed vaca that I would really recommend
We had wonderful 12 nights here. We stayed in a seafront room in A building. The room was spacious, housekeeping was top. They made up the room and changed linen literally everyday. We opt for all inclusive though we skipped half of lunches as we went to day trips on the island. Lunch box was available upon request. Classic breakfast with some fresh fruits and European cuisine was pretty much the same every day. Cannot say anything about lunches cause we skipped most of them. Then they have snack bar with some stuff, comes good with beer you know. And speaking of dinners they prepare different cuisine every day which is nice and shows some variety. Fish fillet was the top every night.
Hotel located in a 15-20 minute walk for Flic en Flac centre, but you never rush on the island, it's okay. The beach is sandy with some dead coral, take your aquasock. It is like 15-minute ride from Casela park and you know Flic is closer to other sights, which is convenient. The place is for relaxed stay with family, not a party place for sure. It is small, cosy and it gets yours from day one.
Special thanks to the whole staff team. I cannot name everybody, but everyone did their best so our stay was nice, chill and pleasant. I would say that those 3 stars are somewhat of 4+ in popular tourist places for mass tourists in terms of service and attitude. Mr Dave, the manager, thank you for your service and hope to meet you one day. Divesh, the barmen, you are the best.

Our marvelous escape at Gold Beach Resort and Spa
It was a marvelous experience at Gold Beach Resort and Spa. The food is excellent, the hotel is very clean and the maintenance of the yard is just gorgeous, thanks to Mr Ganissen, the gardiner's effort. The F & B Manager is very friendly and the staff is very dedicated.

Run away!!!
Run away like the plague! 2 days on site, several guests get sick after eating at the buffet, which moreover is tasteless and flavorless, it's cafeteria food, the bedding is an abomination.

"A special moment ruined by disappointing service"

I am very disappointed with my experience at the Gold Beach Hotel.
We were on an all-inclusive day package with friends to celebrate my sister's birthday. We had paid to have a good time together, but unfortunately the experience did not live up to our expectations.
Lunch was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but we were only served around 1:30 PM, while other guests had received their meals on time. We felt that we were not receiving the same treatment.
For the tea time scheduled at 4:00 PM, the same problem occurred again. The other guests received their service on time, but when I asked Mr. Dave, he told me that I had to wait. We were finally served later. Furthermore, we were refused drinks even though we were on an all-inclusive package.
The table service was not satisfactory. We are also guests, we pay for this service, and we deserve a proper welcome and treatment.
This is the second time that I have encountered a problem with Mr. Dave. I felt unwelcome and disrespected during this experience. We are also guests, we pay for this service, and we deserve to be treated with respect, like all the other guests.
It was a special moment with friends for my sister's birthday, but this experience unfortunately ruined part of this day.
Following this experience, I will unfortunately not be returning to the Gold Beach Hotel.
I hope that management will take these remarks into consideration in order to improve the quality of service.

Beautiful and calming
We visited to go to my sons wedding and stayed at Gold Beach for 13 days , it is a quiet not big hotel and a 3 star which was fine for us , we stayed in a garden room which was ok for us , beds were changed daily and ok it could do with a referb but if you want luxury go to a 5 star .
The staff here are amazing and nothing is to much trouble , they adored my 11 month granddaughter Eden and even brought a new Highchair into the restaurant for her ,
Food was ok but 1 of our family had dietary needs so they cooked him different food if he couldn’t find anything on buffet , I wish we had gone all inclusive as spent so much money on drinks and lunches out , the gardens are beautiful and I nearly cried when I saw the beach just stunning
This little hotel overlooks miles of beach and is peaceful , quiet and the staff as amazing
Special thanks to munish , vanmella , and all you lovely people who made our stay amazing , we will be back in may and you are a credit to the hotel
