Don’t expect a lot. You Get what you pay for. The rooms aren’t air-conditioned. I was there in the winter so it wasn’t that hot. Rooms are clean But I didn’t have a power point next to my bed or nightstand. Closest power point was on the other side of the room The concierge is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. 24 hr concierge

Nightmare at Casa Nou
We stayed at this place because the info on the web and the photos looked nice.
The rooms are basic, not well designed (for instance, they dont have electric plugs near the side tables, you also need to move the TV innorder to reach one side of the bed.).
But we are “easy campers” and just went along with all this. But what really was unacceptable is the rude service provided by all the personnel. They were very rude, not helpful at all, and we witnessed how they treated another guest, with harsh words, almost hitting and pushing them out. Definitely not a good experience…. We were really afraid about staying there, about letting them do our rooms, etc…. We didn t move elsewhere because we would not receive a refund. There are many other hotels in this part of town, so I suggest you look around for another one.

Sleepless nights in noisy hotel
Do NOT stay here if you plan on sleeping. Rooms built around a lift shaft which makes a terrible noise morning and night - went straight through the walls. I asked to change my room but receptionist told me nearly all the rooms were in the same position .

Overall an ok stay. Location was close to condesa but not very pretty directly outside. The room we stayed in was ok after we switched from the initial room, the layout was not ideal of the first one we had (the bed had a window towards the internal courtyard and smelled weird). The second room was more spacious and clean but felt like it was still missing items to make it a convenient hotel. There were no full length mirrors, few hooks to hang towels and the bathroom got very wet after showering.

Staying in this property was a terrible decision. My check-in was an awful experience. The person in charge of check-in was super rude (I got 32 minutes before 3.00 PM, and it looks like he was mad about it). The facilities are not even good; the room was only partially clean; I found mold in the bathroom; the fridge is not available; and the bedspread was old and torn. Also, I found a previously used hand towel. I don't recommend this place; you can find plenty of options in the Condesa area with better services and not treated poorly.
