At first they put me in a room where I could hear all my neighbors, so I asked to be moved and they placed me in another wing that was much more quiet. The internet was soso, and the room was small, but clean, and had everything I needed. There is no coffee maker or fridge in the room, so I had to improvise, but overall it was fine. Overall I don’t believe the hotel deserves more than 3 stars, but it’s very well located and has lots of restaurants, shops, and cafes around. Close to the Angel of Freedom, from where tour buses go everywhere.

Staff was responsive, housekeeping was very very attentive and polite. The room was clean and the location was perfect for a relaxed stay in Mexico city. All the things you need at walking distance and plenty of dining options for all types of budgets. It's true what they say about the AC though, the room was warm and it wasn't possible to regulate the temperature. The AC system is LOUD and dated, you can get used to how noisy it is, at least I did, but it'll be a problem if you're noise sensitive at night.

I would not recommended it! Location is hard to find. Parking isn’t good! We didn’t enjoy it!

We arrived exactly at the scheduled check-in time (3:00 PM), but we were not allowed to check in because we were told the rooms were not ready. We waited for more than an hour, and when I asked again, I was told to keep waiting as the rooms were still not ready.
I explained that I had an event and that it didn’t feel fair since my reservation and the app clearly stated check-in was at 3:00 PM and that time was not being respected. The young receptionist who assisted us responded in a rude manner and mentioned that the rooms were “subject to availability,” which made it seem like my reservation was not even guaranteed.
Later, another staff member helped us and finally provided the room, but overall the service experience was poor.

Everything you would want from a budget hotel! The front desk staff were very helpful and attentive. The rooms are cleaned daily, beds and pillows are comfortable, shower is hot.
The area is quiet and safe, with lots of small shops and vendors within a few minute walk.
Would definitely stay again!
