Family rest

I stayed over the weekend, I had heard about the place but hadn't been able to go, definitely a gem in the Gulf of Mexico, that you wouldn't imagine is there, its restaurant and hotel facing the sea, the beautiful sunsets, the food mainly seafood and mixology drinks. They also sell experiences, I asked for the dolphin tour but I was left wanting a massage and the tour of the town.
For dinner it's meat, hamburgers, little tacos, we ordered the mixed grill and it was enough for my family. The next day I got up early and although there was a coffee maker in our room they also leave coffee outside in case you want to enjoy it watching the sunrise.
I will return very soon!
I liked that you can also order room service.

Failures, bad luck and breakdowns – never again – staff unwilling

Pros:
- Essentially the location, right on the beach, no road in between – it couldn’t get better
- The buildings were new, the room furnishings accordingly excellent
Cons:
- Nobody, but really nobody spoke English. Not even at the front desk. If I offer International on Booking or Expedia, I should have at least one English-speaking person.
- Once there at 5pm, I wanted to go to the pool first. Unfortunately, it was closed for the rest of the day for cleaning, so it was unusable for me
- Breakfast is only available from 9am. So we went to the OXXO supermarket at 8 a.m. Oh, 16 EUR per person you wanted for breakfast...
- Dinner 2 persons: Ordered together. My wife's food didn't come until after I had already eaten mine completely. Actually, we wanted to eat together
- My wife's food wasn't completely delivered. We were able to decipher the Spanish map using Google Translate. French fries were missing. Were delivered almost raw after 3 minutes and therefore inedible...
- Apparently there was a lengthy internal meeting in the kitchen. Anyway, for a long time, none of the employees in the restaurant were visible. So I got my own beer, or wine for my wife from the room (beer unfortunately warm, since no refrigerator). Turnover is different
- Two chairs on the balcony would have been nice
Conclusion: I can't recommend the hotel at all and as an investor would thoroughly clean up here regarding staff.

Bad treatment from the receptionist.

Very good experience, except the person who is in reception very rude, without empathy or friendly treatment towards guests. The remark was made and she replied rudely that we should do what we wanted and that she did not care.
It's notorious when you don't own that you don't mind losing customers.
Except that other excellent grease.

Very good hotel with almost everything you are looking for.

Nice hotel, very comfortable and spacious rooms, very good beds. It lacks a chair or armchair inside the room or on the balcony to enjoy the sunset, you have to be careful with the steps that are wooden and when wet they slip too much. Nice pool, spacious and with a shade part. Parasols and beds in beach area excellent although one has to assemble and place them. The restaurant runs out of food fast and there is almost nothing you order or offer on the menu, besides that in the mornings they open too late if you want to drink coffee. Food cost too expensive quality/price to my taste.
