我们在这里住了6晚。真的很喜欢在梅里达（Merida），但是很高兴回到这家小旅馆的隐居环境。从外面看起来并不多，但是一旦走进门，它就会很酷。房间宽敞舒适。我们在顶楼，有一个小的屋顶露台和游泳池，但并没有真正使用它。我们曾经在酒店吃过一次早餐，不错，但是外面有便宜的选择，因为它是十分钟的步行路程，而你在市中心。工作人员很棒，很有帮助，很有礼貌。

市中心的可爱酒店
我和我妻子非常喜欢我们在Sercotel Casona的住宿。房间很干净，位置就在Plaza Grande的步行范围之内，工作人员很友好而且很细心。安德里亚（Andrea）非常出色，竭尽全力为我们解决有关城市或活动的任何问题。整个前台工作人员都很乐于助人，友好而专业。在我们尝试说西班牙语的同时，他们会说流利的英语，并且如果我们无法正确表达自己的想法，他们也乐于为我们提供帮助。

We have read your comments and would like to express our right of reply.
That's right, the location is excellent near the Barrio de Santiago in the Historic Center.
One of our strengths is cleanliness, our online comments endorse it in different channels, it is strange that for 5 days we did not change a sheet or have problems with water, coffee, shampoo when it was cleaned during the morning and evening courtesy (a exception of a day that I commented to our staff in a non-cordial way to leave)
In effect the pool closes 8 pm as indicated in our regulations, however guests were not inside it but lying on the lounge chairs in a public area always respecting the rest because they were told to talk quietly, we had no complaints other rooms not even the ones in front of the pool.
María Sofía restaurant is independent from our Hotel, however we will value your feedback as it is also part of our service.
In the room you have 2 cups of coffee and the same coffee maker makes hot water to serve , you wanted something more? If we had known it with pleasure, we would provide it, so we would kindly pass every afternoon to ask and there was his window open (with which he says we do not count)
The taxi was booked as you indicated, unfortunately it is an external service and it was delayed so we suggested from the beginning another site to which you did not agree, even though we gladly supported it with another provider and arrived on time.
We hope you have a nice trip and have enjoyed the wonders of our white Merida, Yucatan.

We are happy to read that the hotel has been to your liking.
We ask for an apology for the Restaurant / Bar advertised on our website which was not yet finished due to some technical causes beyond our control, we should have informed you in a timely manner.
We have Dental Kit only if requested by the guest, perhaps we never found out that it was required.
With regard to the hotel's internal regulations only refers to general damage to the room, some damage to our targets that can not be recovered among other issues such as respecting the space of the room as 100% smoke-free.
We are in process of improvement to put minibar in the rooms with respect to the restaurant and bar we hope to inaugurate it before the end of 2018.
