The room was nice, with a desk, bed, and area for a suitcase and hanging clothes. There was a hair dryer, which was not noted on the site listing amenities. The TV was easy to use and had sufficient channels, including US sports.
The morning free breakfast was not just a continental breakfast, it was complete with eggs, beans, light fare options, and good brewed coffee.

There is no interest in the guest.

The shower drain was clogged, and it created a pool of dirty water; I reported it at the reception, and they told me they would resolve it, but every day it
remained the same. The hotel has everything for a pleasant stay, but in general, the people who work there do not seem to care about anything. The algorithm for raising the price based on demand works perfectly since they charged us $5,000 pesos per night, and I believe that is an abuse; we only came because we got some free tickets for the World Cup. Do not stay at this hotel chain; it seems that they are cutting costs by policy, and there is not enough staff. The breakfast may be simple, but everything here is disorganized, the food is prepared haphazardly, and everything is generally dirty.

Terrible option

I booked this hotel because I was visiting Monterrey for three days for an event, and my activities would be very close to it. I found it convenient, but I would never recommend it. The hotel is located in Plaza Tec, very close to the Monterrey Tech Institute, and there are several places nearby to get coffee, eat, etc. The hotel is horrible, precarious, neglected in terms of paint, details, and cleanliness. The room had two double beds and it was impossible to walk around the room because the beds barely fit, and nothing else was even worth mentioning. I had to sleep with my suitcase on top of the bed because there was nowhere to put it, not even floor space. The paint on the walls was terrible, with some headboard-style stickers all carelessly peeling off. The only blind that covered the window in the room, poorly cut, allowed light to filter through. The space to put something on the "nightstand" between the two beds is ridiculous; it only takes a little time to fit the room phone and a TV remote control. The TV cables are exposed, giving a terrible appearance. There is no closet or drawers, just a mockery of hooks where you can hang little. So most of my clothes stayed in my suitcase and that was my portable drawer. There are two men at the reception desk who are quite lazy and have little attitude towards customer service. The young lady on one of the shifts is the most redeeming. In the early morning we needed toilet paper and they told me that there was no staff at that time, that if I wanted I could go down and get it. The cleaning lady left the bathroom door with the same filth I found when I arrived to move into the room. It has parking for a daily rate of $60.00, which doesn't seem expensive to me, but personally I would never return or recommend the hotel. Supposedly the rate included breakfast from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, but the so-called dining room is more depressing than literal prison tables, just lifeless and awful. They don't provide any amenities in the room or bathroom, except for liquid hand and body soap in the shower, but the quality is truly terrible. The water in the shower is not even hot, it comes out barely lukewarm. Although I understand that it is not a luxury hotel by any means, the lack of cleanliness, presentation, and service is beyond compare and leaves a lot to be desired. I was truly dissatisfied.
