The most amazing time spent relaxing

My husband and I went to panamera in July and everything was great! Our room was nice and cozy, with a private plunge pool on the roof which was a perfect touch for a night time deep and stargazing. The hotel and restaurant staff were absolutely amazing they made our time at the hotel perfect! Jose also made some of the best cocktails while we there. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Especially the front desk! The beach wasn’t at its best since July is sargassum season but it didn’t matter because panamera pools are the best! Also if you get a chance get a massage the masseuse there is absolutely amazing! We will definitely be back to panamera again!

Great Tranquil Boutique Hotel Experience!

What a charming boutique hotel! We went there for our nephew’s wedding and had a wonderful experience! It was perfect for a destination wedding where the families could mix, mingle, get to know each other and not get “lost” in the hubbub of a large all inclusive resort. The staff were so friendly, warm and welcoming! They were very attentive! I’ll give a shout out to Alberto, Filipe, Armando, Luis, Juan, Dauib, Alexis, Ereke, Petro, Doso, Daniel and Mauricio! They all took such good care of all of us!
The rooms were very nice and air conditioned. The concierge were attentive to requests for extra items for our rooms and were quick to get them for us.
The beach club was very relaxing with service from bar and restaurant. Great pizzas!!
Hotel is located in a great, walkable zone with really nice restaurant options nearby.
I highly recommend this Hotel Panamera!

Hotel and services are okay.

The hotel room is nice, but it opens into the bathroom without a door between the two, so the toilet situation is bothersome. Personally, I found the bedding too hard, but that is very subjective.
There is a lack of storage in the room to place one's belongings.
Here, there is no bottle of water, just a carafe of filtered water, but nothing to refill it.
The outdoor facilities are good.
I found the restaurant prices to be high, 495 pesos for a pizza!

Wonderful place with great service and picturesque views

We had a fantastic stay in Panamera Suits! The service was a top notch: everyone at the hotel was so helpful, welcoming and pleasant. Our hostess Za was so sweet and helpful, constantly giving us advice of where to go and what to do. Our waiters Luciano and Juan were so attentive to us as well. We really felt so special!
Hotel had everything we needed for relaxing stay: the restaurant food was wonderful, the rooftop party was fun, beach service was great! And it's super safe and yet quiet, away from the busy strip. Also, cenotes are in a short 5-minute bike ride. Bikes are also available on premises for free. When you wake up – first thing you hear are the waves, which does set the mood for a nice day!
So thankful to the staff for all the work they put in to make out stay so pleasant and special!

Super nice hotel

Lovely 4 days stay, great stylish hotel with beautiful roof-top bar including DJ and beautiful views over the mangroves. Excellent service thanks to Hector, Zazhila and David. Nice those bikes. Really absolute must, we will definitely go back!
