Great hotel

Hotel has a homely atmosphere and is located right behind the Slotpark. Very nice, helpful staff. Great food. Good food. Too bad the restaurant is closed at the weekend evenings but there is plenty of opportunity within walking distance.
We had a nice spacious corner kamwr on the ground floor.

Fantastic hotel

What a lovely hotel. Staff very friendly and breakfast and dinner fantastic. Close to beautiful park and center. We cycled a lot and the surroundings are beautiful, lots of forests and bike paths. Will definitely be back sometime.

Ideal hotel for Bad Bentheim with everything you need

A hotel between the castle and the station, so well located in the center, but still very quiet all. A great welcome from the owner, who remains caring and attentive throughout our stay. Storing our bikes separately is no problem.
A beautiful and modern room with good lighting and a spacious wardrobe. Kettle, refrigerator (which is not connected for environmental reasons) and everything else provided. Possibility to refuel (bubble) water for the room is also available. Nice chairs complete this room., The bathroom is somewhat dated in terms of bath and tiles, but everything still looks very good.
Breakfast is very good. The pool is nice and has a swimming trainer to compensate for the small size, Also the sauna is fine. Actually, the entire stay is to write home about.

First class in every way

The Hotel Diana was first rate in every way, the staff were welcoming and friendly and the room was super modern and comfortable with very relaxing lighting options. The swimming pool was light and airy and the water temperature was just right. We didn't take evening meals at the hotel but the mainly continental breakfast was adequate with a good range of items. We really enjoyed our stay and the very relaxed easy going atmosphere at the hotel. Plentiful parking was an added bonus.

Nice place, friendly people, poor wifi

We stayed here 2 nights in September 2017 to visit family. The staff was friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy. The room was updated, clean and comfortable. The dinner options were good and tasted great. The breakfast was also very nice. Being close to the train station allowed us to walk from the train pulling our carry-ons - about 2 blocks.
We were VERY disappointed with the very cheap, ineffective wireless access to the internet. Do not stay here if you need reasonable access to the internet. Even the usually low capability of most hotels would have been welcome. But since we were without cell service while we were in Europe and using WhatsAp for our communication we were totally blocked out while we were staying at this hotel. Why does this hotel bother at all provided wifi that will only tick off its customers?!
