Always happy again
This time I was here with my 87-year-old mother (bad on foot) and sister for the Christmas market. My mother was helped wherever possible!!! Just great!!!
They both liked it so much that we will come back this year in December!!!

It's worth repeating.
More than worth it and it fully met our expectations and the 4 stars.
We have used an “Angebot” including breakfast.
Our room was a fully furnished apartment with separate bedroom incl. full kitchen.
Every day clean towels and the lovely bed was changed and neatly made.
There were 2 TVs, in the room and bedroom.
Too bad there was no Dutch TV but with the well working internet we could watch TV on our Ipad.
To get into the parking garage we had to drive 150 meters over a pedestrian zone, so watch out or else detour 4 km to get into the parking garage from the other side.
We were very friendly welcomed at the reception and found the staff extremely friendly and service oriented.
In the accompanying restaurant “Varus” we ate fine.
In short; worth repeating.

Lovely place.
Only there for one night. Great central location. Ended up at a very friend pub though a bit strange.

Never again!
We were not informed that this event was taking place either when we booked or when we arrived.
Instead, we were completely shocked when we returned to the hotel in the evening and we had the feeling that we were at Ballermann.
This nightmare was supposed to last until 1 a.m. - an imposition!
In the end, and after various musical encores, it was over at 1:40 a.m. - and there was still no restful and legal nighttime quiet...
It's a shame, this hotel is actually great - super centrally located, great ambience, delicious breakfast buffet, friendly staff - but this experience will not lead us back there.

We have reserved again for 2024
Nevertheless, the extremely great, friendly and courteous team at reception, service, bartender, kitchen and waiter deserve every star. Even during the preliminary phone calls with Mr. Campbell, I had a very, very good feeling when I was looking for rooms for around 20 people. The breakfast was great, the buffet was also excellent, the bartender did a great job, even adapted to our music requests. Bafly (?) started his shift on Friday and won us over with his friendly and humorous manner. He stayed with us the whole first evening. Unfortunately, I can't remember some of the names, they are all great. We will be back in December 2024. Thank you
