Subpar service and inadequate cleanliness.
Additionally, every 15 minutes, one or two trains pass directly by the campsite. This goes on until 1:00 AM and starts again at 4:00 AM!
Furthermore, I did not have any cash with me, and it was not immediately clear that you can only shower with 50 cents. So, I went to the reception and wanted to pay with a card for 50-cent coins. This is not possible, and when I inquired about how I could get the 50-cent coins, I only received a snappy response: "Then just don't shower!?" What kind of answer is that?! I was astonished at how poorly a customer is treated. I somehow had to organize cash through PayPal from the neighbors and then exchange the coins. What nonsense.
Furthermore, I was sent to the campsite upon arrival (okay, that is stated on the website) to see where the site is and whether it is vacant. However, our acquaintances were already there before us, and I knew where they were and that our site was vacant. Behind us, the arrivals lined up, but I still had to leave the reception and walk to the site first; the gentleman at the reception did not check us in without my walking into the campsite.
All in all, one can say that the facilities at the campsite are absolutely subpar, and the service is outrageously rude. Moreover, the website states that it is child-friendly, but the playgrounds are not really great, and showering with two children and the 50-cent coins for 2 minutes means you pay several euros every day just for showering in an absolutely dirty and incomplete atmosphere!
Do not go there if you have children and if you truly value cleanliness. The only positive aspect would be the direct dock for boats, if you really need that.

Deplorable!
The cleanliness of the restrooms leaves much to be desired (dirty, yellowed seals, broken mirrors, and no cleaning done by 9 AM).
The manager is not friendly.
Way too expensive!

Unfortunately not quite convincing
The price of electricity is excessive, definitely!
With the ACSI card, electricity is usually included. We had to pay even though we had never cooked, had only drawn electricity for the fridge.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Disappointing cramped site & not welcoming
Very surly staff. Website can be in English but complex booking form only in German . When I emailed to check all ok , no issue raised. When I chased they said I had missed my booking & charged me 50% despite this saying on my email. Also you cannot walk around the lake as several areas are private fenced off pebble beaches .
