If you wanna sleep at night don’t use this hotel as there is two nightclubs in the building pounding music sll night.

Terrible experience
The rooms smelled terrible not to mention the bathroom, it seemed they hadn't cleaned them for months for all the dust, hair and hair there was.
The bed was very dirty, full of pubic hair, hair and yellow and brown spots, as were the Bath Towels.
In the bathroom (very dirty) I found a dirty cloth thrown on the sink and in the bed a dirty sock.
Also in the rooms of my classmates were found tampons, bottles both empty and not, cottonfiock etc...
My room was a triple and there were only 2 sockets but even there were some quadruple rooms with only two sockets.
The room keys opened more doors so you don't have to leave anything important in the rooms.
I didn't dare to have breakfast but my schoolmates found hair in the food and someone felt unwell.
In addition, the hotel is located in an unrecommendable neighborhood, next to a strip club...

Absolute dump.
From the outside looks like an abandoned hotel closed in the 80s, inside pretty similar. Stinks. Rooms are shabby beyond belief. Bed sheets stained. No aircon. Ambiance of a russian hourly rate hotel.
Dreadful. Run away and find somewhere else, please.

BASIC AND CLEAN
very well located near the metro and the city center
10-minute walk to Potsdamer Platz, 15 to the Brandenburg Gate, and 20 to the Kaiser's Church.
I had read very bad reviews and they are not true.
The hotel takes care to paint the rooms and keep them in a good condition, it is clearly not a 5-star hotel, but the price-quality ratio is very good.
Since almost all hotels in Berlin don't have air conditioning, the heat is noticeable at this time of year.
Thank you very much, the hotel is clearly correct.
