Extremely well Positioned, and very helpful staff. We had problem with our door (human error) and we had to bug them a few times. We were always received and handled with a smile. Allergenic rooms are tip top clean.

Good city hotel, 4 stars?

Very centrally located hotel. Room size sufficient for 3 nights. No air conditioning, but a fan in the room. Bathroom in need of renovation, bathtub very high. No exhaust fan in the bathroom, mirror fogged up. Daily Room service must be requested upon arrival; otherwise, there was no cleaning, no fresh towels, and no toilet paper during the stay. Service at the bar is excellent. Reception is very friendly. Generally okay for a city trip.

Fantastic central location with a SUPER COMFY BED, decent little gym and sauna, and an excellent breakfast with good Vegan options too! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel, super friendly staff especially the guy from S.Africa. Location fantastic. Breakfast expensive but nice. Was disappointed the free mini bar was just a bottle of water to share between 2 people for 3 days! Tea/coffee was poor so you had to keep going to reception to ask for more. Maid said she wasn't allowed to change our towels or empty bins etc which was strange for an expensive hotel. Would stay again though & bring our own tea, coffee, water ;-)

Good location - simple hotel

A fairly simple hotel with very courteous staff.
Unfortunately, there is no parking garage on site and the reception is not accessible at ground level or by elevator.
The rooms are adequately equipped, but in some places (bathroom) already quite old.
The hotel bar is unfortunately only open on some evenings.
Breakfast is absolutely fine.
For a single night without breakfast around 200€ are however rather high.
