You can’t go wrong with a Premier Inn - they’re the same wherever you go.
The room was clean and so was the bathroom.
The breakfast area was small but had plenty of options from a continental breakfast to a cooked breakfast.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we asked to extend our checkout to 2pm.
Our only downside was our tv didn’t work - we did hear another staff member explain this to another guest at the end of our first day to say that the signal wasn’t great and the guest was asked if they wanted the tv or not - we were not told this so that was our only critique as we like the tv on in the background when we’re getting ready.

Triple room sold but only one twin room received
We had booked a triple room especially. We have received a 2 bed room
with a very hard sofa bed. This one could not be used for sleep.
We claimed this condition. There were contradictory statements at the reception of - we have no 3 bed room at all up to the small hard sofa bed is the third bed. There was a lot of talk but no remedy was provided. The boss who was present on August 15, 2026 had no time for complaints. Everything must be claimed by e-mail. No customer friendliness or
no attempt to solve this problem. A decent mattress topper would certainly have contributed to the satisfaction here. This hotel is not recommended after this incident.

Bad attitude of some front desk staff and overpriced.
We stayed during ITB period from 2-6 March 26. This is my 3rd stay and most probably the last.
Despite the hotel doesn’t have any service available including tea coffee sachets must be asked from the reception what really upset you is the attitude of some staff. They seems to think that the guests are lower class citizens and that the staff are far more superior. If you had to deal with one of them they’ll ensure that they make you feel very comfortable.
The price they charge seems unreasonable for the service the hotel provided.

Complaint about my stay and the cleaning service
I was in this hotel for ten days. At the beginning, everything went quite normally. On the third day, I requested room cleaning. The woman cleaned the room thoroughly, but did not change the bed linens. That was not a big problem for me at the time.
On the sixth day, I requested room cleaning again, and this time I was very disappointed. The man did not clean the room properly at all. He had neither vacuumed nor wiped the table properly. There was still a large stain on the table and it was sticky. Furthermore, the bed linens were again not changed.
As a result, I went to the reception and complained. A staff member from the reception came along and called the person who checks whether the rooms are cleaned properly. The receptionist did reprimand me a bit, but the cleaning staff could think of nothing else to do but constantly make excuses.
I was promised that the room would be cleaned again that same day and everything would be taken care of. But that did not happen. I thought they would at least take care of it the next day, but nothing happened then either. Since my vacation was almost over anyway, I did not want to deal with it any further.
When I checked out of the hotel, I was asked if everything had been okay. I told them what had happened. They smiled at me, apologized, and gave me gummy bears as an apology.
Next time, I will look for a different hotel. That is really very disappointing. The worst part for me was that my bed linens were not changed a single time during the entire ten-day stay.

The staff is very rude and the hotel is dirty they don’t do daily room cleaning even though you ask for it.
