We were guests from Wednesday to Friday and felt completely comfortable.
A very special thanks goes to the reception team. On Thursday around 2 PM, my iPhone suddenly became unresponsive – just before a concert, the tickets for which, worth several hundred euros, were stored exclusively in the Eventim app. The concert was already scheduled to start at 6:30 PM, so the concern was significant.
The staff reacted immediately with exceptional helpfulness. I was allowed to use the terminal at the reception while my iPhone was being cooled in the minibar. Additionally, an employee performed a reset – and indeed, the device worked perfectly afterward. Without this quick and dedicated help, we would have likely missed the concert. Once again, a huge thank you for that!
We were also impressed by the wellness area. The massage was excellent, the pool with an outdoor area was simply dreamy, and the entire atmosphere was very relaxing.
We felt very well taken care of throughout our entire stay and would be very happy to return. Absolute recommendation!

Pleasant stay without surprises in a hotel. 4 stars
Hotel located near shops and the Berlin zoo, not far from shops and transportation. Varied breakfast and professional and pleasant staff, 4 stars without surprises, the soundproofing is light, you can hear the very busy road, the hotel is large, lacking a welcome booklet in the room to avoid asking where the pools are at the reception for example.

This is a great hotel for families in Berlin. Across the street from the zoo and walking distance to U-Bahn and S-Bahn stations, as well as public buses. The hotel has a lovely pool and a great fitness center. We found the breakfast too pricey but otherwise the hotel was very affordable and comfortable. A great find in Berlin!

Intimidating Staff....
Checking took est 20mins for two room we couldnt understand this delay, only then to be told our other room a Disabled Room wouldn't be ready until 6pm.
After spending our evening with family myself and wife decided to finish the evening with a drink, only to be met with the most abrupt member of staff, who when giving us our drink Slammed Both of them onto the table. Further more when I said thankyou he turn looked at me and walked away, ive never felt so intimidated before. Then A very similar situation happened with my daughter and her Disabled Grandfather the following evening. (With the same staff member)This was when myself and wife spoke to the Duty Manager who advised us we would be contacted shortly-this never happened. Never Again!

Very good
A few nights in February. Appreciable decor even for children. Rather well located in the city. Everything is perfect, right down to the large pool.
The restaurant does not have good value for money but remains convenient when you do not want to go out. Room service is very average.
