Very nice and relaxing everything Top
Very nice and quiet place in the middle of the beautiful countryside.
Nice rooms super Service and excellent cuisine.
The whole staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel for minimalists
Room furnishings could not be any sparser.
Besides old furniture, there was nothing. No fan in the sweltering heat, no water bottle, no glass, not even a cheap plastic cup for toothpaste.
A TV was available, but it was so poorly adjusted that you had to switch through up to 150 channels until you found ARD or ZDF.
The breakfast was OK. There were a few bottles of orange juice there. No sign of a piece of ice. At least the coffee was hot.
Anyone who likes it minimalist is in good hands here.

Highly recommended !
I had booked a single room with breakfast and was surprised by the size of the room in the attic. It was super spacious and had a large double bed with gorgeous mattresses. The view of the idyllic garden restaurant and in the distance of the wheat field with corn and poppies was simply fantastic.
Of particular note is the small kitchenette in my room, which would be ideal for families who want to look after themselves. The bathroom was very clean, and the entire room was picobello maintained – even the windows were freshly cleaned!
In the evening we ate the roast onion in the restaurant, and I have to give the kitchen a huge praise. I haven't eaten such a perfect roast onion with homemade spaetzle and beans in a bacon coat as well as a great jus for a long time – it was "on point"!
Breakfast left nothing to be desired: fresh rolls, cheese, sausage, cereal, eggs – everything you need. The coffee at the breakfast table was really good, little acidity, but strong in taste – that’s exactly how it must be!
I haven't had such a nice stay in an old half-timbered house in a long time. Should I be close again, I will definitely book here again. Fully recommended!

BAD EXPERIENCE....AVOID IT!
Subsequently, during the good dinner at the restaurant of the structure (different management) we asked the manager for explanations, not considering the price reasonable for a room of such poor quality and for which we had very different expectations
We were brutally told by the manager to take it or leave it. At our insistence he puts us in telephone contact with the owner of the structure, among other things an Italian native speaker who tells us that he is aware of the manager's unpolite ways. Despite his intervention, nothing is resolved, so we decide the following morning to leave, paying the amount due for the night spent, having found a better accommodation facility.
