We always like to come back to this hotel.

We love this hotel, it has a lot to offer and dogs are also welcome there. Excellent service especially from Roxana and David, they both understand their profession and make the guests feel it positively. Other staff were a bit more careless, overwhelmed, or not as well trained, I cannot judge that. But in general, all the staff there are extremely friendly, attentive, and that is exactly the reason why we have already been there for the third time and always like to come back. Great location, great service, absolutely recommendable are also the delicious dishes and the very good breakfast.

The guest is king

We have been here for the third time now and are still thrilled. The breakfast leaves nothing to be desired; there is something for everyone. The hotel restaurant is of very high quality and very delicious.
A special thanks goes to Roxana and David, who literally read the guests' wishes from their eyes; they are two very polite, attentive, and caring people who make the stay special.
I recommend Bloemfontein to all my family, friends, and acquaintances.
I look forward to the next time

Nice little family hotel with a wide range of sports

Nice little hotel on Borkum with great sports facilities and well suited for families. The hotel is located a bit away from the sandy beaches, but offers the idyllic flair of an old villa coupled with a rich sports offer. The rooms are well equipped and the beds cozy. Breakfast is rich and delicious. In the evening, the restaurant offers a small selection of delicious food and drinks. A large playground for children completes the offer. Only the walk to the beach is a bit long at 20 minutes on foot.

Fantastic!

We had a wonderful time at Hotel Bloemfontein on Borkum! The surroundings are beautiful: lots of nature, tranquility and beautiful hiking trails. The food was really great – every meal was fresh, well flavoured and prepared with care. Especially the breakfast was a party, with lots of choice and delicious sandwiches.
There is plenty to do for children, which also makes the hotel very suitable for families. What made our stay extra special was the fantastic service of a woman with long black hair in a tail. She was incredibly friendly, helpful and made us feel immediately welcome.

Good hotel with room for improvement...

All in all a solid hotel.
It is located a bit away from the beach, which is easy to reach. By renting a bike one street further, the distance can be easily bridged. The room has a nice large bed, but unfortunately without shutters. The room can be darkened by curtains. In addition, there is unfortunately no socket at the bed. The bathroom unfortunately only has a shower curtain, which makes showering rather uncomfortable.
The breakfast has everything you need, but special requests cannot be realized, which is a great pity. The eggs were hard-boiled and cold. When I asked for a soft egg, I was not understood by the foreign staff and then the cold eggs were simply warmed up. Unfortunately, that was a shame.
The hotel calls itself a wellness hotel, but the bathrobe has to be paid extra. You also get a funny look when you want a second towel.
