I liked the very nice and helpful welcome, the readyness to go the extra mile for special wishes. The staff was altogether very friendly indeed and throughout my stay very helpful and obliging.

Below the lowest expectations , apparently serious problems in the management of the hotel .
We tried to check in as a family at the hotel today. After the immediate debit of the Tourist Tax we were handed the key to the room and we were shocked by the condition. Access is via many stairs to the basement, the upper exit to the street was trashed. Obviously it was not cleaned the beds nor churned by the previous guest , the toilet dirty and moldy cleaning rags and dishes cleaning sponges in the kitchen . The floor was heavily soiled, shutters could not be opened. We wanted to leave immediately , it was then appeased and promised cleaning. We waited a long time and were offered neither a drink nor an apology. The photos of the condition speak for themselves . Floors and moldy cleaning cloths , the skewed sofa should not have gotten any better even after cleaning. We put an end to the sad spectacle around 5pm after further waiting after booking another hotel online.
The fact that TUI in particular still offers such a hotel in the online offer is staggering. We are seriously considering turning on other posts here , I have not seen anything like this in over 35 years of worldwide travel. Even if it is officially “only” a 3 star hotel, at least in our opinion serious shortcomings in the management of the hotel can be seen here. The reception was visibly overwhelmed, even the refund of the Tourist Tax for the night not taking place due to the catastrophic offer was not possible for her.

We booked two superior apartments, told to be modern and have a great view. They were also said to be on the first floor, according to their own website. When we arrived, we were assigned two completely different apartments. One on the ground floor, with a view of bushes and people passing by just outside the windows. And with really dirty carpets.. and the other one was on the third and topmost floor, hot as hell when we arrived, and with a good view if you opened the roof window and leaned out just in the right angle. Both were dirty and absolutely nothing like the pictures and descriptions online. We were really, really disappointed as we had looked forward to this stay.
We also told the man in the reception that one of the curtains were missing in the downstairs apartment. He said he would come check it out, as people could walk by and look straight at the beds if they wanted to. But he never showed. So we had to cover it with a bedsheet.
The only positives were good beds and an ok breakfast.

Beautiful view
Accommodation for one night, room with a great view, for a very good price, for one night the size was sufficient. Capsule machine in the room, parking was also no problem.

Unfriendly, loud, dirty
Room 111 directly on the staircase. The room looks quite modern and well equipped at first glance. At second glance, however, you can see deceptive things.
The floor is made of a material that is simply not clean anymore. There are crumbs everywhere and you can see that things have been spilled and liquids have entered the soil and that you just can't get it clean anymore. In the shower you can find mold. Cleaning was only minor. In the corners are weeks to months old dirt.
Even if that's petty now, but the batteries of the TV's remote control are dead.
Worst of all, though, is the fact that this room is right next to the stairway and you can hear every single step and movement in the hallway as if the door of the room were standing up on a locking pin. The fire door or supposed soundproof door is a heavy glass door right next to the room that squeaks when opened and is not a quiet lock bar. She bangs every time also the elevator is incredibly loud.
I asked the woman at the reception to move to another room as I couldn't close my eyes in that room and there were two full days of seminars ahead. I could have accepted the reason for rejecting this request, but not the incredible unkindness of the lady at the reception.
She reacted with absolute incomprehension, and she had never received a complaint in this room, because it was a top room. The noises would become less now that everyone has arrived and everyone wants to sleep.
I am not a surprising person, and if the experience at the reception had not just been so unsatisfactory my review would have been better. Once again, you can see what customer service can actually make up. After all, the beautiful view is true.
