My room 204 has not enough light when dark outside. An additional artificial light at the entrance or been switched at the entrance would be helpfull. As well as in the bathroom...

not a good experience

difficult parking situation - unfriendly check in - room without air conditioning very warm - good was service and quality in the restaurant - I was served and gave up breakfast - I will not book this hotel anymore

Terrible Experience

Terrible Experience:
I have booked this hotel via a corporate travel portal. First of all the hotel consists of several building and the staff was not able to direct me to the room - I was wandering around around for quite some time before I had to return to the front desk and requested the staff to actually walk me to the building. At this time the staff was mumbling in German (even though I do not understand German I could feel that I am bothering them). Then I came to the room and the TV - all channels were in German. When I called the hotel on 199 number they advised me to flip the channels to find an English speaking one. I gently requested them to call me back and tell me the number of English channel which they did but unfortunately the number they advised was again in German. Overall, if you are not a German speaker avoid this place.

Several times, our meeting was disturbed by the organizer Rainer Weidlich.
This has never happened to me in any hotel.
It could not create a cozy atmosphere, what one hopes for when renting premises.
