VERY CORRECT HOTEL
It has a shower, which I appreciate much more than a bathtub.
The rooms are well soundproofed.
The light switches are not logically installed, but I found that the lighting commanded from the bed lacks the possibility of a more discrete individual lighting on each side.
A safe is missing, although many times I don't need it, but we were 3 people from our company and two of us would have liked to have it.
Breakfast is very correct, with quality ingredients, and quite a few alternatives in everything; breads, milks, fruits, cheeses, charcuteries...
It has hard boiled eggs: great! But they do not bathe them in cold water once cooked; so they are very difficult to peel...
The parking is generous although always full.
The fitness room is very well equipped.
Too bad this hotel doesn't offer dinner.
The service is very friendly, in that there was improvement and so it takes a long time to return.

Super hotel, nice service.
Nice hotel, spacious, everything very clean. Very friendly staff. In the night very quiet. Extensive and fresh breakfast with wide choice.
When you get home, forget wash bag with electric toothbrushes and night bar. They sent it to us. Very nice!

Good business hotel
Nice is the free 24-hour coffee machine (incl. coffee specialities and tea), the sauna and the free possibility to do laundry. Rewe supermarket around the corner.
The hotel is better for breakfast than other houses in Heilbronn. Still some room for improvement.

Somewhat disappointing at second glance
Unfortunately, at second glance, the weaknesses became clear.
Unsightly stains and an unpleasant smell on the bathroom wall right next to the bed.
One towel in the bathroom clearly overdue for being thrown out as it was torn, full of holes and completely thin.
One duvet (not the cover) was so full of stains that I unfortunately only saw it on the day of checkout, otherwise I would have complained.
Otherwise, very friendly staff, good breakfast at a fair price, great value for money.
Good location, easy to reach with parking spaces in the hotel's own underground car park, public transport links in front of the building.
So actually a really great hotel that would have deserved 4 stars.
It's a shame that the weaknesses ruin the good overall impression and are not worth 4 stars for me.
