Beautiful stay
It was great again! Great service great room!
disadvantage their applications, for example early water aerobics. The ‘vorturnerin’ was probably not there. You should talk to the TN.
Breakfast good, but please create a solution with the butter.

Beautiful hotel complex.
The rooms are large and beautifully furnished. The rooms with side sea views have a great view of the beautifully landscaped garden and the sea. Through the garden area, one can directly access the beach promenade.
There are enough cabinets and storage spaces even for a longer stay. The bathroom is also very spacious and offers ample storage space.
What is exceptional is that the use of non-alcoholic beverages (2 bottles of water and three juice spritzers) from the minibar is included in the room price and is even replenished daily. A great service!
Only the mattress is very hard, which diminishes sleep comfort, especially since the pillows are worn out. These need to be urgently replenished. Even a selection from the pillow menu did not bring any improvement. The neck support pillow is so oddly shaped that it causes neck pain.
The breakfast buffet is more of a brunch buffet and offers a fantastic huge selection with daily changing offerings. The numerous vegan alternatives are also noteworthy, which are rarely found.
The breakfast staff varies greatly from disinterested to very attentive regarding the clearing of used dishes.
The spa area is very attractively designed with a nice sauna area. The pool could be two degrees warmer (allegedly an average temperature of 28 degrees). If one does not swim continuously but wants to use the massage jets, the water quickly becomes chilly. However, the hot tub heats up again.
It is also nice that one can rent bicycles directly at the hotel and does not have to go to a rental station first.
When booking the parking space, one must be careful to book the underground garage if one wants to park directly at the house, otherwise, one has to walk a few meters to another garage.
The staff was mostly friendly and helpful (exception see breakfast).

‘always trying’
A well-intentioned deficient .
Nice hotel, nice room facing the park, well maintained grounds, everything clean.
Late arrival , we were expected, thank you everything great. Underground parking next door?
Welcome champagne , unprintable, then Little Red Riding Hood! Bar closed before 11pm. In the elevator the information that the restaurant Belvedere is closed, not visible when booking a hotel on homepage? In the morning, breakfast good selection , the first tables at the entrance - it pulls like “pike soup” unpleasant. Special order , egg Benedict - waiting time 40 minutes, unfortunately without exaggeration. Size 6x6 cm of course with extra charge! Order an Aperol Spritz in the lobby bar where the prosecco was probably forgotten.
It gets even better in the evening at the bar I was brought a Mai Tai, which was so freely invented.....catastrophe.
The 10% discount given, the cheeky answer too , the person is out of place. — And don’t come to me, no one has complained yet , some guests have been upset about different things.
For dinner we did not dine at the hotel, there are good restaurants in the area.

We would love to come back despite the negative points

Walking to the beach promenade through the hotel garden was an absolute disaster , the purest ice rink. No scattered or ice removed on any day. It has been an imposition on the elderly.
Hotel flyer in the hotel room still had old prices for parking 16€ in the separate parking garage and 21€ directly in the hotel. (currently charged 18€ and 22€ )
With a 4 star .Superior house, this must not happen.
Desire for a second armchair was not fulfilled despite repeated demand.
