Great location, great service.

We had our corporate Christmas party. With Olympics. Food and party.
Super nice staff. We will definitely come back.

It could have been nice...

Actually, the resort is quite nice. Really nice for families, but also not very affordable. The breakfast was delicious. We stayed in the circus wagon. Absolutely minimalist, but it did not bother us. There were sanitary facilities in a small container or larger ones in the changing rooms of the Activity Hall.
The sanitary facilities in the Activity Hall were not open around the clock. Even at 7:30 in the morning, you could not get in there yet. The circus wagons had moldy windows, the partition doors did not close properly, and at least one trash can could have been inside. We stayed there for 4 nights. Unfortunately, there was a party weekend at the resort at the same time, which occurs several times a year. We only learned this at check-in. A note at the time of booking would have been helpful! Then we would not have come. The note was also not immediately found on the website. The first morning at the breakfast buffet was still pleasant, but then 800 party guests around 50 years old arrived, and one only encountered drunk people, even at breakfast. Everywhere there was shouting, crude remarks, cigarette smoke, and empty beer bottles... The sanitary facilities were also no longer presentable. Children would definitely be out of place here! Fortunately, ours was not among them; otherwise, we would have left. And that in a family resort...

Resort off season is stone dead but marketed as alive.
Breakfast was discusting. Couldn't eat anything. Bread was old. Sausages looked like they've been rewarmed more than once.
My family tasted a few things but everything tasted off.
Whole visit felt like a visit to the hotel in the shining.

Unfortunately, dishonest people work there

Unfortunately, I left my wallet in the room. It was found, but unfortunately sent back to me without the cash. I am very disappointed that I was told only succinctly that outside companies clean there and it seems incomprehensible who cleaned the room after the weekend. Complaint is filed, for me another holiday there is out of the question.

A disappointment across the board

Great (de)deception: Advertised leisure activities such as bowling or climbing wall are not usable as expected with a normal room booking, but only included in the all-inclusive (with food, drinks). Especially the children were very disappointed. In the room there was a strong smell in the bathroom (urine/drain) as well as a very narrow and uncomfortable sleeping alcove. Overall, much was broken, defective or not clean. There are significant staff shortages throughout the hotel with long waiting times for breakfast and leisure activities, some dirty dishes and poor breakfast quality (diluted drinks, not good quality). Everything is associated with very long waiting times and seems chaotic overall. Overall well below expectations and definitely not recommended.
