Concert visit

We were at the stadium for the concert. The lady at the reception was very friendly. The room was clean, just a bit worn over the years. It would have been nice if the bar had been open on the weekend, but it was closed.

Great clean room | very good connection |

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
The room and hotel were very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
The rooms were very well done, top-notch.
We were in Cologne to celebrate on a Saturday and found the connection to be very good.
The breakfast for hangovers was also very good.
The room had Rituals products .
The street was loud, but the rooms were air-conditioned, so it was not a problem.

Friendly service saves a stay full of booking mishaps.

We booked a business room for 4 nights through an online platform, but upon arrival, it turned out that we were assigned only a standard room (not the hotel's fault!). Since the business category was already fully booked, we received an "upgrade" to a superior room – which unfortunately turned out to be disappointing. The superior room was exactly identical to the standard room, with the only difference being that a coffee machine was in the room and a better hairdryer was found in the bathroom. Additionally, it faced the back, which was supposedly quieter, but it hardly was. Particularly strange: The coffee capsules were not replenished during our remaining 3-day stay, even upon request. Overall, the room was clean, but clearly showing its age.
However, a big compliment goes to the staff! All employees were consistently friendly and very attentive. Especially the breakfast and restaurant staff were always in a good mood and ensured a pleasant start to the day. However, it was unfortunate that the restaurant and bar were completely closed on Thursday and Friday.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie Schwierigkeiten bei der gebuchten Zimmerkategorie erlebt haben und das Superior-Zimmer Ihre Erwartungen in Bezug auf einen merklichen Unterschied zum Standard-Zimmer nicht erfüllt hat. Auch dass die Lage des Zimmers hinter Ihren Erwartungen bezüglich der Ruhe zurückblieb sowie die Kaffeekapseln trotz Rückfrage nicht nachgelegt wurden, entspricht nicht unserem Anspruch an Service und Komfort. Located outside of Koln, this hotel is well situated as there is an S-bahn (light rail) just in front of the hotel that can take you into the old town section of Koln. The rooms are small, but we'll kept. The breakfast buffet was large, with many different offerings for all tastes. I'd come back and stay here again if I'm in the area.

Gladly again

The hotel is very convenient and close (500 m) to the Atos clinic.An early check in was possible without any problems ( 10 euros per hour).All staff were very friendly and facing the guests.The superior room was according to the category and very clean.Since it was to the rear, it was also very quiet.
I felt very comfortable.
