I travelled on my own, the hotel was incredible, in a beautiful place, the room I had was a single apartment and it was fantastic, clean and tidy, sofa, bed, table, fridge, kitchen sink, tv, desk, bathroom was outstanding, clean, bath and shower, large mirrors, sink, clean toilet and a beautiful view with wide opening windows in the main room. Staff are very helpful and polite, helped with ordering cab to leave, the bar in reception is so refreshing, all the nice seats, stalls and tables spread around the bar, nice peaceful outside seating for drinks and eating, smoking. A McDonald’s across the road from hotel entrance, and a massive Germany supermarket across the road from hotel with everything a traveller would need, I mean EVERYTHING. One of the most peaceful and friendly places I have ever been too, a propa German town.

Black mold in the shower and thick dust in the ventilation. (

Avoid this place! The hygiene is a severe health hazard: the shower was infected with black mold, and the bathroom ventilation was completely choked with years of thick dust (photos attached). During our stay, the hotel owner attempted to extort between €300 and €2,500 from us for a tiny pen mark on an ancient, cracked, and heavily worn sofa. They literally tried to charge us the price of a brand-new sofa for a piece of ruined furniture, using a damage form with falsified dates!
​When we checked out and refused to sign this fraudulent document, the owner became dangerously aggressive. He chased our family outside, violently shoved and jammed the revolving glass exit door, almost crushing us while we were passing through with our NEWBORN BABY in a car seat! They even harassed our taxi driver. Zero hygiene, criminal extortion methods, and completely dangerous for families with children. Stay away!

We firmly reject this account of events.
The guest initially booked a one-week stay and then voluntarily extended the booking for a further week. This is clearly inconsistent with the subsequent portrayal of the hotel as allegedly unacceptable.
Upon departure, substantial damage was found to both the sofa and the child’s cot. This was by no means merely a “small pen mark.” Since the exact cost of the damage had not yet been established, we explicitly did not demand any payment. We merely asked the guest to complete the damage report and provide the name and policy number of his personal liability insurance. The matter would then have been handled directly with the insurance company.
The guest refused to cooperate, was unwilling to engage in a reasonable discussion and simply left the hotel. A police report concerning the property damage has been filed.
We categorically reject the allegations that we attempted to extort money from the guest, manipulated documents, physically intimidated his family or placed anyone in danger. Portraying a necessary and standard damage-reporting procedure as “criminal conduct” is factually incorrect and entirely unacceptable.

Hotel itself is super. What was downside on my stay, was really weak wi-fi in room. had to go to hotspot after while.
And some more amenities would be nice, but I guess in "better" rooms there are more usefull things, as electric cattle, minibar and so on.

Wellness holiday for in between

We were only in the wellness area at short notice and that for Halloween and are now wonderfully relaxed and will enjoy the weekend.
Will refuel the soul repeatedly here.

The food from the restaurant was excellent. The service was super good. The bed was hard, old and worn, so woke with backpains. The pillow was very lumpy. I will not stay there again because off the bad sleeping experience.
