Quiet hotel above the city
Basically we were satisfied with our stay and can recommend the hotel - the room or location in the stairwell takes some getting used to - room was clean - shower head belongs renewed - breakfast was plentiful and delicious - very big construction site point is the information about parking in the garage of the hotel, here urgent action is needed, as these basic points must be consistent.
Stay 11.-13.12.24 Rooms 550 - 1. Floor
The room is located in the stairwell next to the elevator, opposite the other rooms on this floor. We were initially surprised at the location and were curious what to expect.
After entering the room, you are first in the separated hallway area of the room and later you come to the living and sleeping area.
The room is located to the rear and therefore it is relatively quiet, with the exception of late evening or night guests buzzing noisily through the staircase.
Room was basically clean and you could feel comfortable. The double bed with cozy pillows, have long been the cuddliest we experience in hotels. The only thing that bothered me about the bed was when you had to walk past the bed, the walkway to the wall had become very narrow.
In the bathroom there were shelves - a bathtub with shower integrated - here you should check the shower head once, as this indicates calcification.
Basically, the room convinced us, although we entered the room with some question marks...:-)
Hotel offers breakfast service in the separate breakfast room.
You can also eat Italian at lunch and dinner in the hotel in the corresponding restaurant area and there was always a delicious smell from the kitchen.
Upon our arrival before the check-in time (3pm) and also our declaration that we know this, we were told somewhat inhospitably first of all that we should then appear according to the specifications. We were a bit irritated by the way, at that moment, but took note of it.
Basic information about parking:

> in the hotel folder in the room it says "garage ... free available"
> on HolidayCheck it says "Parking ... free"
> TripAdvisor says "free parking"
Here, the hotel should have the information corrected once accordingly, as it must already be a uniform direction, either paid or free of charge and this will in any case confuse the guest as to what information is now correct or possibly outdated.
