A great place to stay in Germany !

We spend our summer holidays in the Villa Silva last year and the year before and it always was a great time. Everything is perfect there, the room, the swimming pool, the restaurant, the spa. The staff is great, the customers too. We hope that we can come back soon !

So lala.....don't know if I'll book a sixth time here, everything always gets a little creepy ..... less

I write a bit more extensively because the 5th time here.... and at the reception no idea about it.
Too bad, with so many bookings somewhere else is already carefully registered that you are virtually a regular.
But unfortunately, other things have also been slipping away.
Just a kind of hand/shower...there, no more hair washing or body lotion.
In the room neither glasses, nor openers or a bottle of water....at the review which is called itself quite shameful , that one should drink from the toothbrush cups.
This is followed up again because not fitting this hotel.
On request: Yes, there is no more water and possibly lotion etc.
Glasses have been handed in
The colleagues at the reception can't help it....but those who have been here more often notice that there is a lack of the little things that make a reunion and return.
It's a shame.
Breakfast is appreciated, as is the sauna area, where unfortunately 10€ for few utensils have to be paid - for cleaning etc.
Towels are no longer available as a change in the wellness area.
Yes, over the years (as I said since 2019 the 5th Let's see here) has worn off a lot.
Too bad, very bad.

Die „Villa“ liegt auf dem Grundstück des Konsum Hotels. Man ist gezwungen je Nacht 18€ Parkgebühren zu entrichten, da es in Oberhof Folklore ist jedes Grundstück abzusperren. Freie Parkplätze gibt es daher nicht.
Das Zimmer war ok. In der 2. Nacht war allerdings kein Strom da. Ab 20 Uhr gibt es kein Personal mehr auf der Anlage. Also musste der Schein des Fernsehers reichen. Der ging noch.
