The stay was very enjoyable and breakfast plentiful with very kind staff.
The room and bathroom was really amazing and very comfortable with a
beautiful view.

Room does not correspond to the photos on the Internet

Due to the admittedly fantastic location and the reviews we had decided to book this hotel.
Unfortunately, it began on arrival with this - seemingly usual in the house- snappy and condescending tone of the staff at the reception.
We definitely expected something different from a 4 star hotel.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired (a note to the receptionist went unheard).
Light switches, shower, tiles in the bathroom have not been cleaned for some time...
A breakfast in such a classified house looks different in my opinion:
Even if a prosecco is not mandatory at 4 stars, it is still a nice "candy".
When we then addressed various grievances on our departure, the employee (this time another) promised us: “Please give us another chance - next time we will do everything better...

Recommended hotel

The hotel is centrally located in Oberstaufen and is highly recommended. The rooms were very clean, the view from the balcony to the mountains fantastic. The menu was varied and the food very tasty. We felt completely comfortable.

Perfect holiday in the mountains – we will be back!

Perfect location, just 10 minutes from the Hündle ski area – ideal for skiing and hiking. The spa is newly renovated and offers a hot tub, swimming pool, steam bath and outdoor sauna. We spent four days here and everything was top! We will definitely come back.

The hotel is suitable for a short stay for golfers

Although a regular guest, despite early booking I was not allocated a room in the main house but in the Dependence Leopold. The room was ok, but the "walk" in the morning for breakfast, and in the evening in and from the bar was not pleasant.
The breakfast buffet is very good and plentiful.
But... Is the Bavarian Court a retirement home or a 4-star hotel? The hotel bar is already closed every evening at 10:00 p.m. This is not hospitality!
