Allgäuhaus

Allgäuhaus is set in the center of the hiking and skiing resort town Oberstdorf, located in the heart of the Allgäu region of the Bavarian Alps. The apartments all have well equipped cooking facilities. Each apartment has a combined living and sleeping area, a dining area, a kitchenette, a hallway with wardrobe, and a private bathroom with hairdryer. Cable TV is also included, and some apartments have a balcony. A washing machine and dryer are in the basement. The kitchenette include a small dining area, tea and coffee facilities, a refrigerator and a stove. The Schattenberg Ski Jump (0.9 mi), Heini Klopfer Ski Jump (2.5 mi) and Breitachklamm Waterfall (4.5) are all easily reachable from the apartments. Allgäuhaus is only 1148 feet from Oberstdorf Train Station.

Allgauhaus Oberstdorf (Stephanie Blatter)

My Son and I spent 9 nights in the apartment in Oberstdorf, It was clean well equipped and located in the middle of the town of Obersdorf. We used it as a centre from which we could conduct our skiing activities, the Nebelhorn was easy walking distance and a free bus was available if you needed to travel to other local ski areas. The service we received from the agent (Stephanie Blatter) and her staff was first class, the office was located at the main station in Oberstdorf which is where we arrived after our short train journey from Memmingen Airport (flying direct from London Ryan Air) We would certainly use this accommodation again.

Urlaub ohne Schnee und leider auch teilweise mit wenig Heizung!

Hatten ein Appartement gemietet, der Service bei der Anreise war 100 % Toll bzw. Super, leider war der Heizungsthermostat defekt und daher die Wohnung recht frisch. Wurde nach der Demontage des Thermostaten ab dem 3. Tag dann besser. Die Lage war gut gelegen, doch ohne richtig Schnee auf den Bergen wurde das SCHOPPEN zum fast teuren Hobby . Die Ausstattung des Appartements war wirklich komplett und es war auch sauber. Der Service der Appartement Vermittlungsagentur war und ist hervorzuheben, selten haben wir solch einen Service erlebt. Dieser wäre 5 Sterne wert,
Doch die Heizung... und ein Klappbett... machen eine bessere Bewertung schwierig.
Würden beim nächsten Mal ein grösseres Appartement dort buchen. Auch als besondere Empfehlung ist die Konditorei Gerlach zu empfehlen, mhm lecker Kuchen und Top Service, wir waren jeden Tag dort. Auch der Kaisergarten, ein Chinesisches Restaurant, ist uns eine Empfehlung wert. Ebenfalls hat uns die Therme in Oberstdorf sehr gut gefallen, als Ersatzheizung.... Kommen wenn Schnee da ist gerne wieder.
