Your HOME in Oberstdorf
and to ALL the staff.
It is not possible to name someone individually.
As all employees are incredibly friendly, warm, and very professional in serving the guests' well-being.

We were guests here for a few days in the summer and are thrilled.
with the hotel Das Freiberg. A member of the Romantik Hotel cooperation.
Everything is great. The rooms are spaciously designed, equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation.
An outdoor swimming pool provides cooling in the summer.
The cuisine, including the hunting lodge, is also very, very good. Good selection of wines.
The absolute highlight. A great breakfast until 12:00 PM. There is a buffet, and additionally, delicious small dishes are freshly prepared for the guests.
The bread and rolls come from a local bakery.
Free parking is available directly at the hotel.
The e-bikes can be stored in the bike cellar and charged right away.
We would love to come back and would like to sincerely thank ALL employees.

Unfortunately, it does not fully meet higher expectations.
However, the amenities for the room price (with breakfast $338 per day) are insufficient:
Room 4 (under the roof, very convoluted, with small windows and a balcony) without a coffee machine. There is also no air conditioning available. Unfortunately, the hotel also does not have a gym.
Overall, the hotel has a wild mix of styles and colors regarding the interior design - occasionally with design classics but apparently without any concept.
All in all, compared to other hotels in Oberstdorf and in the same price category, the "Freiberg" therefore does not have a good price-performance ratio in my opinion.
