Everything was great

Simply breathtakingly beautiful.
The wonderful hotel, the cleanliness, and the beautiful landscape are highly recommended.
The sauna area and pool are perfect for relaxing.
Excellent breakfast buffet.
We are very happy to come back.

Peace, space and perfect surroundings!

Reception extremely friendly and welcoming. Booked room as in the brochure, clean and very neat! After a restful and good night's sleep enjoyed a delicious breakfast. Very extensive and for every taste a variation. All facilities as in the brochure. For those looking for peace and quality in accommodation this is highly recommended! Staff do everything to make the guest feel comfortable.

All around a great hotel

5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for a deserved 4 star hotel.
We are already here for the 2nd time and come again twice this year because you can feel very comfortable here !
The overall package is just right , we attach great importance to our
dear dog can travel and are always very welcome here.
The food is great there is even freshly baked bread in the morning. The staff is very friendly.
The chef always has a funny saying, just like the bartender.
The wellness area is very clean and there are delicious drinks in a fridge that you can take yourself.
The location is also totally great for cycling and hiking.

Too bad this hotel does not deserve 4 stars.

Unfortunately, this hotel is not suitable for lung patients because the sauna is heated by wood, which can be smelled very well throughout the hotel and also outside. Also the breakfast was meagre and was not supplemented. The pool we experienced as cold and was not heated.

SUPERB, FRIENDLY SERVICE

I/we (married couple) have not been there on holiday yet.
My review is aimed at the excellent service.
We booked 6 days vacation. 2 1/2 weeks before the holiday I had an accident while skating inline (shoulder, ribs and thigh bruises). The thigh bruises are massive and under medical treatment. In response to the hotel's email 4 days before the holiday that they are looking forward to us as guests, I have informed that the holiday may not be possible. To this I got a very friendly and nice, compassionate response: Among other things, I can cancel the holiday free of charge up to 3 days before. I then spoke to the hotel (Mrs Stahl) on the phone and cancelled the holiday.
