A beautiful apartment is not everything
The Villa Allegra holiday apartment is close to the center of Binz. It is not far from the pedestrian zone with the shopping and promenade mile, the Edeka or the beach.
There is nothing to complain about in terms of the furnishings. The apartment is as good as new, modernly furnished and leaves nothing to be desired. There are enough sockets for charging the batteries. The only thing that can be mentioned is that the water in the shower does not drain. It remains in front of the drain. How good that a squeegee is available.
In front of the house, however, time has stood still: the rough cobblestones lead to thunder and rumble when vehicles drive past. This makes you jump again and again. If you want to sleep with the window open, you should use earplugs or book a room facing the inner courtyard.
The beach chair was not available. However, you are given a key that, after a short search, fits into almost every lock of another beach chair.
The parking lot at the house, on the other hand, is a complete disaster. Marks on the pillars and posts indicate that many guests have scratched and dented their cars when driving in and out. In order to get into the parking space, you have to maneuver several times. This is particularly challenging for SUV drivers. Parking sensors and parking aids are completely overwhelmed. Those who would rather park outside the property to avoid this will not find any. Free parking is not possible in the center of Binz. There is a no-stopping zone everywhere or there are only spaces with parking ticket machines available.

1 Woche Entspannung
Wir waren für 1 Woche in der Willa Allegra, es war sehr familiär, sehr freundlich und sauber. Es wird ausgezeichnet Deutsch gesprochen. Entspannte 3minuten bis zum Strand. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung
Super Wohnung (Nr. 19, Leuchtturm) mit einer Dachterrasse in Süd/Westausrichtung. Die Wohnung ist im 4. Stock. Erreichbar per Fahrstuhl. Sehr zentral, aber doch ruhig. Der P KW-Stellplatz ist von der Straße aus gut befahrbar, wenn auch etwas schmal. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Technisch auch hervorragend ausgerüstet. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal dort.

Bra hotell med bra läge
ett mycket bra hotell nära centrum av Binz, nära strandpromenaden men ändå ett lugnt läge. Fina och rena rum. Stort badrum med dusch. God frukost med både varma och kalla rätter. Trevlig personal. Vi återvänder gärna.

Preis Leistung genial
Wir waren positiv überrascht. Bei dem Preis haben wir nicht viel erwartet. Schon der erste Kontakt war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war zwar klein aber sauber und mit einem Balkon. Es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Man wohnte zentral und doch ruhig. Zu Fuß konnte wir alle Ziele erreichen. Der Parkplatz war direkt vor dem Hotel. Das Frühstück war vielseitig und alles frisch. Das Hotel werden wir weiter empfehlen und gerne auch einmal wiederkommen.
