Good location. Great for pre cruise 🛳 stay. Nice little cafe right across the front door. Walking distance to nice restaurants.

Great location in the middle of the Old Town.
Supposed to be 4 star but I would say it was only worthy of 2. Our room was small with too much furniture, you couldn't even open the wardrobe door without standing on the bed. The beds were rock hard. It was tucked away on the top floor with no air conditioning and the temperature upwards of 35°.
On top of all this it was much more expensive than a much nicer hotel we stayed in in Munich.

No internet in room!

I had room 52 on the 4th floor.
The shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. The room
Is much too warm and they do not have air conditioning.
Most importantly there is no wifi in the room. Have had to sit in the lobby to access wifi. I wouldn’t have stayed here had I known.

Great location, comfy bed and excellent shower with great water pressure. Also appreciated the in-room Nespresso and very good breakfast buffet.
WiFi in room not good at all. A bit disappointed with the TV…many channels not available and could not access streaming services or mirror personal devices.

Nice place, nice meal, didn't handle water issues on a very hot day well.

We were booked into this hotel by our bike tour company. It's a charming building and the rooms are large. The breakfast was good. But I tend to judge places by how they respond and communicate when there is an issue.
While the hotel wasn't responsible for the weather being +30°C or the boil water order from the municipality, they could have offered a solution to not having any drinking water other than to run it through the tiny coffee maker or to buy carbonated water from the vending machines. Like, offer your guests a couple large bottles of still water?
Also the rooms overlooked restaurants that were very loud until midnight.
