Tyto moderní apartmány se nacházejí přímo u jezera Tiefer See v Postupimi a nabízejí kuchyně s myčkou nádobí, bezplatné Wi-Fi a pračkou/sušičkou. Každý apartmán má také soukromý balkon.

great location, great service, super equipped apartment
We needed spontaneous accommodation with apartment equipment in Potsdam. When we called there, it was busy at first. Unexpected but really great: the very service-minded front manager André even called back! Reservations could be made immediately by telephone, payment and key reception were made later (after the reception had finished service) at a very easy-to-use terminal.
Parking available (parking garage, which was very important in the snowfall here!) can be reached in a few meters (unfortunately no "weather independent" connection with the hotel).
Apartment (Corner) was huge (2 bedrooms, living room) and allowed with floor-to-ceiling windows a spectacular view over the Deep Lake. Right next to a theater, an ital. Restaurant and a disco (no noise reduction in the hotel). Not soundproofed, but you don’t even need that in this quiet corner (except for the early morning, when garbage collection and other service trucks do their work - you’re inevitably woken up by that, even with the window closed).
Very luxurious: high-quality oak parquet, including underfloor heating, which develops a pleasant warmth! Almost all rooms of the apartment have their own thermostat, where every traveler can adjust the temperature as desired. Kitchenette complete with hob, oven (also microwave), dishwasher, fridge with freezer, all dishes, cutlery and glasses. Washing machine (!), vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothesline, kettle and toaster are also available. Suggestion: for the coffee I would recommend the purchase of capsule machines (in the apartment there is only one filter machine, which is not quite contemporary anymore...). On the other hand: at least in the morning there is excellent espresso or capuccino in the small breakfast bar attached to the reception, which is even better than capsules :-).
Further suggestions:
Bed linen, towels were heavily perfumed, even otherwise a distinct artificial room fragrance is perceptible throughout the apartment, possibly from a cleaning agent. You are immediately "greeted" by this when you open the door. Here restraint would be good, unfortunately there are more and more allergies to such chemical fragrances.
Mattresses (hard but sagged in the middle) could be renewed, mattress top no longer helped. Mattress protector rubberized. There are now also unrubberized ones that still reliably protect the mattress.
There is only one (but very large and connected) TV, in the living room. At least in the master bedroom a small TV could be placed.
The bedside lamps in the master bedroom can only be switched on and off at the same time.
The lights above the dining table are set too bright.
A box of cosmetic towels would be welcome in the bathroom.
Door thresholds (e.g., from the elevator to the courtyard area, where access to most rooms is available, are too high to pass with the luggage trolley loaded.
Otherwise: absolute recommendation for anyone who comes to Potsdam and is looking for an exceptional place to stay (for a short time or for longer). Such a modern, comfortable, clean, uncomplicated and yet affordable accommodation will not otherwise be so easy to find. And the absolute plus: André and his young service colleagues will do everything to make you feel comfortable there!

Top hotel with lake view and private yacht
We stayed at the Wave Hotel again. It is always a special pleasure. The view over the Tiefer See to Babelsberg is unique. The Service, the apartments and the particularly friendly flair never ceases to delight us. We like to come back again and again.

This location was perfect for a relaxing vacation in Potsdam. The location staff was very helpful and welcoming. I will definitely stay here again.
