Booked at the very last minute due to proximity, we were very happy with the hotel and its location. The staff looked after us really well and nothing was too much trouble. Dinner and breakfast were really tasty and plentiful. Internet was good and the room was very big. Furnishings were, perhaps, a little 'tired' but this did not detract from the enjoyment. Please note that there is no lift so, if you are on the 3rd floor, as we were, you have to carry luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

Adequate hotel in a beautiful setting with a very good restaurant.

Adequate hotel with a very good restaurant, a very nice atmosphere. The rooms are not a great luxury, but completely fine, and I cannot understand the criticism from some other visitors. However, we did not try the sauna area, but we did swim in the lake.
Crucially, the dinner was very good all around, from the Amelie girl to the dessert. We had the menu plain. This time with a corn soup with corn, chicken, and red shrimp, slightly spicy, seasoned very well. Next came the venison cheeks with two types of carrots, very tender meat and very well seasoned. For dessert, there was finally rhubarb on a cake with rhubarb sorbet, fresh and fruity. Finally, a dessert that is not too sweet. Great praise for the kitchen. A 2017 Medoc unfolded quality during the course of the dinner.

Light and shade, the potential is not used

The hotel has a quiet location and is ideal for relaxing. Staff were mostly friendly and helpful. The breakfast offer was unfortunately like the weather - from very good, such as fresh fruit, juicer for oranges, sausage and cheese selection, to unacceptable for such a hotel category, such as dried-up scrambled eggs, lack of bread supply on 3 days, the coffee machine was very often affected by malfunctions (filter cartridge over the term, no water, contact problems of the operating unit) and since no serving force in the room, always the way to reception.
We had room 302, pleasant size and facilities.
The ventilation of the large room (at about 2m ceiling height ) is completely insufficient, because 3 windows can only be opened 10 cm and only one window has a fly screen. We stayed 6 nights at the hotel and only got 3 hangers and a bathrobe.
From 4. Day our room was no longer cleaned (towels put down for the first time for change, no exchange, so way to reception and towels fetched), although the wish was indicated at the door. The reception also on the 5th and 6th. Tag pointed out, without change, just "We're sorry about that". The shower tile joints are in a bad condition, cleaning was not done !
