Maybe a little small for 4 people

We booked apartment for 4 people. The location is convenient in the city center, close to a supermarket. There is Covered garage with height 2 meters, we having the trunk on the car we did not trust to use it. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The apartment was average, maybe a little small for 4 people. The double bed was positioned at the entrance attached to the wall, without electrical outlets or bedside tables, a little uncomfortable even the mattress. a sofa bed that becomes 2 single beds but that once opened blocked the passage to the kitchen. Kitchen with few dishes and material, very small fridge. Nice bathroom, comfortable and functional shower. We found some dust and cobwebs. Terrace with armchairs and a low table at the mercy of the weather, without any view because it was in the center of the building. Let's say in 4 I would not go back.

The checkin email with instructions got lost and no one at reception but apart from that the apartment and location was amazing.

Butlers Appartement Arnulfplatz Regensburg unfortunately not recommended

We stayed in this apartment building for the first time. The situation is certainly to be emphasized positively. One is located directly in the city center, a few steps from the pedestrian zone. The apartment we lived in on the first floor of the house was quite clean and modern. However, the house is right in front of a bus stop and surrounded by bars. Accordingly, external loudness can be expected. Even when the window is closed, you can hear the quite loud noise that plays out deep into the night in front of the door. As a result, unfortunately, the windows cannot be left open for sleeping in the evening. Our apartment (Imperial Reichspost room) has two bedrooms. One of them is integrated into the living room as a glazed room. This is impractical in that you should not close the door due to the size of the room. Because there is no ventilation of the room. Which is bad again, because you can hear the noise from outside. The second bedroom is so small and cramped that you go backwards into the room to get out again forwards. The bed is just a few inches from the door and is much too big for the room. Again, the air is quickly uncomfortable when the door is closed and the window cannot be opened. At least not if you want to sleep in peace. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning. Just incidentally, it should be mentioned that the light in the small bedroom did not work and I could not pay for the apartment with the credit card due to a technical reason on site. But the primary reason for the mediocre review is the price of 189 euros per night. The price/performance ratio is in no way positive. Unfortunately, the apartment is far too expensive for this high daily price and there are numerous equivalent apartments to be found at a reasonable price. We stayed here because friends were also rented in the same house. Otherwise, we would have looked for something else in the first place. Unfortunately, we will choose another accommodation next time.

Its a stock apartment thats not maintained as well as it shows in the pictures. Door to the bedroom was broken no curtains in the bedroom Finding bed accessories also required communication and searching through different storage boxes. Overall good fornthe size we needed. Beds were also old and uncomfortable.
