Nice hotel with great hosts

A great place to stay with nice hosts. I felt very comfortable. The room was small but adequate. Breakfast was classic and was constantly refilled.
When I needed help with my train ticket, they were there immediately.
Thank you very much, I would love to come back.

Our family had to make last minute changes to our Europe trip due to covid lockdowns. We found this place on the website based on location to the airport and the fact that they had rooms that actually handled our family without a rollaway or sofa bed. We were SOOO impressed with the room we had and the owners went out of their way to help us with our ever changing plans. The place was quiet and located near several amazing restaurants. WIFI was provided. Breakfast was amazing and we were served far more than we could eat. I can't say enough about the hospitality of this place. A definite find... we will hopefully be able to return post covid. :) Thank you Akzent!

great family style hotel

I were in Stuttgart for Business. My partners have booked this hotel for me and after this reviews I was skeptical and a bit scared. BUT THEY WERE GREAT !
Rooms are very clean and nice. The boss and his staff was helpful, open-minded and just gorgeous!
Breakfast was very good, big selection. Unfortunytely, there are no scrambled eggs, but the offered buffet is enough !
I do not understand those reviews...

Needs updating and to respect guests

This hotel is clean and neat and clean with a nice breakfast. There are a lot of rules that are expected to be followed by hotel guests, but the hotel staff not expected to do the same. I had the do not disturb sign on my room and the hotel staff ignored and entered my room to do what they wanted anyway. I find this very disrespectful of a guest's privacy. Updating the carpet to hard surface flooring and curtains and bedding could up the atmosphere to make it more up to date. The owners were cordial but abrupt and made one feel like almost an intrusion into their space. I felt like I walked on eggshells during my stay to ensure I didn't do anything wrong to upset them. Not the way one should feel while paying a very hefty price for a room. The wi-fi is free but only for a one-half hour at a time and requires multiple sign-on unless you pay extra. And then was extremely slow when logged on. All in all, if you need a clean space it is ok, but can find more warm and welcoming locations elsewhere in the area.

Recommended

Great stay here in Mohringen!
+Hotel is placed well near the metro station, the street is noisy but only if windows are open.
++The staff is very kind, friendly welcomes you and they are competent in answering all your questions
+the breakfast is good, freshly made fruit salad
-no scrambled eggs or any kind of warm sausages
-traffic jam in the rushhour all over Stuttgart but thats not the hotels mistake
+++ very clean rooms, housekeeping is perfect and rooms are comfortable
Can recommend it allways again!!
