The hotel is very clean and tidy, but the lighting is not enough and it is dim. You can take the bus, but there is no subway.

Hotel is centrally located, nothing more, but breakfast is good.

The small hotel is not far from downtown. In front of the hotel, there is a large construction site. Between Burger King and a gas station/car wash. Fortunately, parking is free on the street. The reception is on the first floor, and the breakfast room is also there. Here, there is a good breakfast with rolls and cold cuts, as well as scrambled eggs, unfortunately cold. Tea or coffee with juice. Seating is comfortable. There is even smoked salmon. The service is not good, and the reception is okay, nothing more. The room is okay in size, and there is a bed, even an extra bed. Room cleaning is only upon request. Everything is clean, but the worst part is the street noise. At the construction site, work starts before 8 AM. It would be better to keep the window closed. Unfortunately, the room warms up quickly. The city of Ulm is worth a visit, but the hotel is just okay.

Tired hotel with virtually no staff or facilities. Location very poor due to loud noise from Burger King resturaunt next to hotel which went on till 1am.
The area was 30 minutes walk to town center, and had little public transport access with no Uber cover.
Unfortunatly on the night we stayed another guest had his motorcyle damaged by local vandals.
Hotel was clean bed good but pillows were terrible.

Solid mid-range but also no longer

I was on business in Ulm and stayed two nights at the hotel.
Generally you can see that the hotel is a few days old the whole decor is not up to date anymore but nevertheless the hotel is generally very clean.
First, the positive points.
The hotel is really conveniently located and you are on foot in a few minutes at the train station or downtown. The staff is very friendly.
I cannot confirm the traffic noise that many others criticize from 10 pm there is little going on in the industrial area and you cannot catch the traffic.
Now the negative points.
As already written, the bed is pretty rocked down. The mattress would definitely have to be re-used.
The breakfast offered is OK but nothing more. I've had better rates at hotels in the same price range.
In general, I would say you can spend a two nights here if you cut a few corners or you invest 20-30 € more a night and get another hotel

Unfortunately a bad hotel

I'm in this (hotel) for the first time today Unfortunately it's really very dirty and run down... I'm just disappointed for 80€ a night I expected a bit different Normal standard nothing special but not so! If this hotel wants to reverse the COVID losses it is probably more than wrong ... The only thing good is very central and the reception staff are friendly and trying to help.
