Still taking a little while
New, modern facility. Great location and basically nice. In June, the facility—including the house as well as the grounds and outbuildings—is still half under construction (cables hanging from the ceiling, open light and outlet sockets, silicone joints still open, no room numbers or signs...).
Therefore, one cannot yet recognize a real interior design concept. Everything is still a bit bare and lacks a real feel-good atmosphere and charm. Although new and modern, quite a few things are still missing. Decor, lighting, personality, music...
Room modern, clean, and tastefully furnished. Unfortunately, at this price, I would have liked something like a safe, TV, electric kettle, Nespresso machine, or a small refrigerator. But I could have asked about that beforehand. Also somewhat removed from actual needs are the lack of a full-length mirror in the room, and no closets or coat hooks in the bathroom.
What is still disappointing, however, is the full and truly high price, while some amenities like a sauna, massages, yoga options, bar, lounge area, or common rooms with seating for socializing, retreat spaces, etc., are not yet usable. That is really steep. Especially considering that is what is being advertised. At this price point, I do not expect a construction site atmosphere without decor and missing amenities—at full price. I am familiar with other such hotels in this price segment that already offer further amenities like wellness, a small library, a garden area, tea or water available free of charge...
Breakfast is absolutely fine and sufficient. But even here, for this price range, it is actually rather limited and has room for improvement. I was a bit disappointed by the variety and scope. I am curious about the size of the small seating area as well as the buffet when the hotel is fully booked.

I would like to single out the staff. The majority are really lovely and hardworking and are aware of the circumstances.
Conclusion: many things not yet usable, still being delivered, construction site atmosphere, they are still finding their way after the opening - but everything at full price. I know it differently. I know hotels that have postponed an opening due to delays and construction or adjusted the price. Nothing of the sort here. Also no accommodation. I asked questions about this afterward. In person on-site, they could not help me. By email, there was no response at all for two weeks, and then only with excuses and no accommodation. A discount for future stays is not productive and useless with this kind of service.
The hotel has the potential for 4-5 star ratings. But currently not yet finished.
