TOP accommodation in a good location with a very special flair and a unique, positive hospitality

An exceptional accommodation with a very special flair and a very attentive and hospitable owner. Here you feel like in the British royal family of old, for breakfast at Tiffany's, Bridgerton's home etc. The location, the ambience, the rooms, especially the breakfast are exceptional and particularly noteworthy. At breakfast there is nothing missing. The owner responds to all wishes and the next morning ensures a beautiful and relaxed breakfast atmosphere, on request even on the terrace behind the house. The fruit salad is freshly prepared, the ham comes from the regional butcher, coffee and tea requests are met and everything is more than adequately provided, even replenished on request. We immediately felt comfortable from the beginning, were warmly welcomed and welcomed, also by the extremely enchanting Leonberger lady “Biene”. And since we were the only guests, it was correspondingly quiet and relaxed. Room, bathroom, bed are not only very special in the positive sense due to their special flair and furnishings, but also very clean and lovingly decorated, especially the dining room in the dining room of the west wing In short: Those who like it very special, individual, old-British, and above all quiet and loving, have definitely found the perfect accommodation here. We will definitely come back! Many thanks to the owner for the particularly outstanding hospitality!

Romantic B&B

We had a romantic stay in this beautiful English-type B&B. Elke is a really kind person and made a very romantic breakfast for us every morning. The room and the bathroom are both spacious and clean. You can park your car for free in front of the gate.
We explored the region: Lieserpfad, Burg Eltz, Augustusburg and Falkenlust. All recommended!

Romantic

You feel like royalty if you stay here. The villa and its garden are beautifull. Inside the room is perfectly styled like in the old days wirh so many details. In the morning you will have a beautifull breakfast made with so many love and attention that you want to book fore a year

clean and spacious - charming owner

An unusual find, this is a B&B run by a super friendly lady who obviously takes great pride in her home. Our room was large, spacious and very clean. The house sits on a main road but the windows are well insulated so you dont hear the traffic. Sadly the weather was not so good that we could use the garden but it looked very nice. It's a short stroll to the town where there are plenty of restaurants so there's no need to worry about having wine with dinner.
It was slightly more expensive than I would have expected given location but it is charming and the breakfast spread is abundant. The owner shares her home with a large dog, which whilst perfectly friendly, left a distinctive odour. I know this is not a problem for dog lovers but it is something I would have taken into consideration when planning my holiday.

Perfect base to explore Mosel Valley and Eifel Region

If you are looking for a B&B with English charm in the Mosel valley: look no further!
Breakfast is just delicious and plenty to choose from. Frau Bastgen is the perfect host:
very friendly, always helpful and giving lots of advice. We stayed at the room “Diana” for a week. It is very spacious and clean, as is the bathroom. The interior is rather classic, but there is a flat screen TV. From here you can plan day excursions to Cochem, Bernkastel-Kues, Trier, Burg Eltz, the Ahr valley and the Nürburgring.
Although it is situated on a busy road, the double glazing guarantees a good night’s sleep. Because of the fine weather, we had breakfast every morning on the terrace overlooking the lovely garden with lots of flowers, especially roses.
If you fancy “gutbürgeliche Küche” in Wittlich, then restaurant “Daus” is the place to be. If you prefer food which is “French cuisine inspired”, you must definitely try “Unikat”. It is a restaurant which offers the best food in Wittlich and is only a 5 minute walk from the B&B. It has a terrace on the first floor where you can enjoy a romantic dinner in the evening.
