Two nights with a superb view of Phewa Lake

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms and a view of the lake. The staff is very attentive and always available. They even took care of checking in my flight to Kathmandu and printing my boarding passes for free. The director, Mr. Adam, speaks French very well; he is very friendly and always available. I highly recommend this hotel, and I hope to return one day. Thank you very much to the entire team and to Mr. Adam. Claude Guerrero

Good Location But Hospitality Needs Improvement

Unfortunately, our experience here was disappointing. The biggest issue was the clear difference in how Nepali guests were treated compared to foreigners and it genuinely felt like there was a different standard of hospitality, which left a bad impression from the beginning. The staff often spoke to us in a condescending tone, almost as if we were children rather than paying guests.
The room itself was average — you more or less get what you pay for — but the AC was extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep on a hot night. Basic amenities like soap, shampoo, and towels were missing from our room, and when we called reception, we were told to come collect them ourselves from reception or the swimming pool area, which felt poor in terms of service. On top of that, the towels and bedsheets had visible marks/stains that didn’t seem to have been cleaned properly.
The only real positive is the location, as it’s right in the prime Lakeside area. Aside from that, it’s not a place I’d revisit.

I had originally planned to stay at a different hotel for my Pokhara visit, but after one night, I ended up switching to Hotel Adam instead, and I'm very glad I did. Staff were incredibly helpful and kind. They accommodated my request to check in early, and even gave me a room upgrade. The room was clean and had everything I needed, and the location of the hotel is excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel.

A safe value

Great hotel, we went back from trekking. The staff is very helpful (little more: the manager speaks very good French). The location is great, breakfast too. We'll definitely go back.

Great hotel in top location!

Great hotel! When I booked, I didn't expect it to be such a hit! The location is top-notch—everything is close by, and you can enjoy Pokhara's charm. The staff is very friendly, with an on-site currency exchange and laundry facilities. Plus, we could leave our luggage for free while trekking. But what we loved most was the view from the rooftop pool and the room—it's worth paying extra for a Superior Room and waking up to a beautiful view of the lake and Annapurna. ❤️ I highly recommend it!
