Can't wait to Come Back........

The cultural experience at Hotel Lakeside PVT.LTD left us with many stories and great memories.
Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From delicious Breakfast options to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my Heart. Their Exceptional hospitality Were the Best Parts. A truly memorable stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pokhara,Nepal.

Horrible stay — dirty rooms, no help from staff, and missing phone

We stayed here recently as a group of friends, and our experience was awful from start to finish.
Room condition: The rooms were filthy — stained sheets, dirty walls, and shockingly, we even found used condoms in a drawer. It was clear that the rooms hadn’t been cleaned before we arrived.
Service: The staff made us pay upfront and refused to explain any proper cancellation policy. To make things worse, one of our friends accidentally left their phone at the hotel, and staff admitted they have it but still haven’t returned it — even after multiple messages and calls.
Location: There’s no parking available, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere when we booked.
This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The lack of hygiene, unprofessional service, and refusal to communicate about a missing phone are completely unacceptable.
We just want others to be aware before booking here — we would never stay again or recommend this place to anyone.

Do not stay here

Worst hotel we have ever stayed at! Rude receptionists and hosts, not welcoming at all, terrible food. We had paid for breakfast included, milk coffee had black chunks through it (not coffee spots) like off milk mould. No butter for the toast, potatoes not cooked and hard. The first room had black mould all over the ceiling and our door key never worked so had to walk so many flights of stairs everytime up and down as we were on top floor just to tell them we could not get into our room. When we asked to change rooms they had us wait outside as the guest lounge was being used by them, meanwhile i was actually spewing my guts up from food poisoning i had. It took them hours to refresh a room for us and eventually they had us wait in a used room which turned out to be our drivers room which he was not even informed about. We finally got a new room and once again the key would not work for the door, wifi would not work and neither would the power points. The fridges in the rooms were filthy and mouldy so could not keep anything cold. They had our laundry to clean and charged us when given to them but because we left for another hotel when we picked up laundry they decided they wanted to charge us more! They also then made our driver leave and stay at another hotel too. Absolutely disgusted in the service and hotel!! Do not stay here!!

Stylish room and friendly staff.

Room were stylish, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and willing to help with a smile. Affordable room price with great service. Me and my family enjoyed the stay there. I would suggest people to stay there if they are looking for a nice place to stay in Pokhara, Nepal.
