Hilton Palace Hotel sets a high bar, offering great value and genuine care
While I had a positive experience overall, I did notice a few areas where the hotel could enhance its service:
1. Complimentary Breakfast: It was surprising to find that while breakfast is complimentary, drinking water is not provided and must be purchased. The standard expectation for any complimentary meal is to include drinkable water, not necessarily bottled water.
2. Meal Service Delays: Although guests are assured that meals will be ready in 30 minutes, the actual wait time can be two or even three times longer. To improve guest satisfaction, the hotel should either expedite its meal service or, at a minimum, proactively communicate any delays to guests.
3. Internet Connectivity: The internet service was noticeably slow and required frequent reconnections. While this could have been an issue with my device, improving the overall internet speed and stability would significantly enhance the guest experience.
If these improvements are done, it would elevate an already commendable hotel to an even higher standard.
