Staff are brilliant, they cater to all your needs. They are trustworthy and they look out for safety and comfort. The facilities are basic, but the customer service I have seen in this Hotel is the best you will ever get in Nigeria

I was denied access to check in on the night i arrived at the hotel the staff at reception does not have any training, they dont have a computer to access the websites to confirm my booking even when i was showing them my confirmation email from Expedia, they denied me access to an hotel i paid a month earlier for 6 nights after long flight from London to Lagos i have not experienced anything worse than the humiliation and the maltreatment i got on Saturday 4th October.

Visit for conference

This hotel had nice staff but house keeping needs serious improvement. Quite close to famous Allen Avenue in Lagos. Spoke with staff about late meals. It led to lots of improvements
Staff are generally helpful and good.
Please stay indoor when it is dark even if you are familiar with the area.
Eze thank you very much for your help, in my stay at this hotel.

The hotel management contact person was awesome! Though I didn't expect much more than what I see...
