It did not start well..People on reception were busy on their mobile phones...Not sure whether to give us free parking for the bike...
However their colleagues more than made up for them.Prussia,Mary and sara all made the stay a lovely one.
The room was a great size,good facilities and air conditioning.
we had a really good night's sleep.
The Hotel is in the centre and next to the bridge museum for war history buffs.
Good value on and a fabulous breakfast

This hotel was excellent, close by the famous Arnhem bridge and the small associated museum. It was also close to shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very good and there was a well stocked bar. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again

Great hotel for an overnight stay, by the river and close to the city centre. Car park was a little hard to find as Google maps directed us to the front - car park entrance is at the side and accessed from the rear off Arien Vierhoeffstraat.

Hotel close to the river - great location

A visit to Arnhem with a friend to trace the footsteps of my grandfather who was at the bridge in 44.
Positives
- staff friendly
- parking available (entrance to the ground floor car park is not easy to find)
- clean and nice room
- nice bar
- fantastic location close to the river and the bridge
better ifs
- beds are very low to the ground
- over 3 nights our rooms where not serviced. I get the green credentials but just to restock on shower gel, coffe etc would be nice. We were told that this is mentioned in the room but I did not find it
I’d stay here again .. the staff and the breakfast made the place.

Great place / great staff / we will return

Visited for 2 nights with my dad. Great location for getting around. Walking distance from train and bus station. Very clean rooms. Great shower. Strange pillow choice but I’m not fussy.
The staff here are amazing.
They can’t do enough to help. The girl behind the bar for the last 2 nights was great. Wish we remembered her name!!! we plan to return back to this hotel, maybe as soon as September as 1 full day to visit the sites is not enough.
The pool table is free which is great however it’s terrible. Still enjoyed playing on it. It needs an upgrade though.
Loved Arnhem and loved this hotel. We didn’t eat there at all so can’t comment on the food.
I really liked the artwork above the bar too, showing the respect for operation market garden.
