Loved this hotel. Friendly, quality furnishings and food. In the middle of a cute village. Easy to get to by bus from the ferry. Hired a good bike nearby. No need to book bike ahead in June. This little island is heaven on a bike on sunny day.

A Texel stay of the highest quality – Hotel De Lindeboom
We were allowed to stay a few days at Hotel De Lindeboom and as far as we are concerned, one can call this hotel without hesitation an example of how Welcoming and solidity can go hand in hand, with the flair of an innkeeper from a better time.
The rooms are generously sized, tastefully decorated and so quiet that one hears one's own thoughts once again — a rare pleasure. The beds are cozy, the bathroom functions like a Swiss clock and even the view seems carefully selected.
The staff is friendly in that pleasant, non-intrusive way that is only found in people who understand their profession: correct, personable, with a genuine smile. One feels welcome, without being obliged to talk about the weather.
Breakfast is nothing less than an ode to the morning man: a rich variety of bread, cheese, cold cuts, fruit, eggs, and — it serves separately — truly delicious coffee. The evening meals are equally worthy of recommendation: expertly prepared, generously presented, and served with taste.
The location is practical, the prices are by no means reasonable, there is an elevator that does what he promises and a private parking space that saved us a lot of trouble.
In short: Hotel De Lindeboom is a model of what a hotel should be. A place where comfort, tranquility and quality combine to create a stay that one remembers with pleasure. And yes, that coffee... it is truly exceptional.

Nice cozy hotel, nice clean room, good staff, great breakfast and dinner.

Very good hotel. We had a nice spacious room, everything was very clean, staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast was good and very good.
We also had a great dinner there once in the evening.
The hotel is located on the square and so you can walk to all shops and restaurants.
You can park behind the hotel for a fee.
In short, a fantastic hotel, highly recommended if you go to Texel.

Stay at hotel De Lindeboom liked it

Staying at hotel De Lindeboom went down well in Den Burg Texel. Nice was at our room that the balcony doors, French balcony, could open. Also nice was that within 2 minutes walking distance there was bike rental. We did a fair bit of cycling on the island and that was lovely. Also nice that in mid-July 2025 it was not so hot on Texel maybe a little cooler than in the rest of the Netherlands or compared to southern Europe. Good access to room with elevator for people with reduced mobility. A small park nearby also within 3 minutes walking distance where you could sit in the shade of the trees was nice. Nice eaten from extensive Texel breakfast buffet. What we also did is for EUR 45,- extra a three-course dinner for two people on the day of arrival and there is also two glasses of Cava plus portion of bitterballen. That cost us the so-called sultry summer package.
