⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 – By far the best holiday hotel I’ve stayed in.
This was genuinely the best holiday hotel I’ve been to. Everything was 10/10 from start to finish.
The room was brilliant – really spacious, comfortable, and quiet. I’d actually recommend the windowless room because it’s perfectly dark and peaceful for sleeping, while the vibrant streets, restaurants, and atmosphere are right outside the hotel’s front door.
The staff couldn’t have done more for us. Every member of the team was incredibly helpful and friendly. Whenever we needed anything – an iron, extra pillows, bedding, or more coffee and tea – they sorted it straight away.
The location is perfect too, literally a five-minute walk from Den Haag Centraal, with loads of restaurants, shops, and everything you need nearby.
I’d 100% stay here again. A brilliant hotel with amazing staff, great rooms, and an unbeatable location.

First time room without window.

Was first time we have visited this hotel. The location of hotel . at the room on the ground floor the room has no window but for two nights we can hold on. fine both and the bathroom is fine also coffee and Thea present which is very nice. further friends staff do their West cleaning fine In short for small stay. you are a roof terrace where you can smoke me with elevator to second floor ovens you can rent bike well arranged here of course without breakfast.

Poor hotel …more an Hostel!

Air conditioning not working , windows cannot be opened . (And outside there were lately 33/35 degrees Celsius . So the room was like a oven even in the evening) poor quality materasses (too soft and mine was stained ).
Bathroom ok. Cleaning ok.
There was no complimentary bottle water .
I found for 100 euro per night quite disappointing the all combination.
Concierge : the tall guy was nice and also the collegues . Location of the hotel : right in the center but quite sketchy in the evening, dirty the streets , I didn’t like it. For the same price you can find much better decent hotel in other den haag neighborhood.
The worst part is that with that heat I could not open any windows , just a bit on the top and that’s it .
Thanks God there was a fan !
Our room was for one person , bed too small.
I would not recommend it . Sorry ! The rooms need a total renovation and the Chinese area is just goedkoop, not nice and feel dangerous .
In the night you can hear people in the street, often drug dealers kinda of .
Terrible .

Great room and hotel, and staff were really helpful as I had to leave early in the morning
